I am so upset, and angry. I called OTR out of desperation.From the time that my case manager took over, it was nothing professional about it. She was combative, rude, and even lied to me on several occasions, saying that she hadn’t received doXXXXents that I’d had sent, when in fact, she had. Lauren Polos is her name. I still have all the emails that I sent, or had sent to her -doXXXXents that were scanned and sent via email to her, and she still lied about receiving them, until I called her on her lies, and said that I had the emails that were sent to her, myself, then and only then did she acknowledge having received them. Very unprofessional. She never called me to update me on anything, and when I would attempt to call her, she wouldn’t return my calls. I complained to Krystal,the receptionist who took my calls, and she assured me that she would email my case managers supervisor, and have them call me regarding my concerns -still waiting on that call. Then,have the nerve to call me about the last payment, but no one has been able, nor willing, to explain to me exactly what I have recieved,for my 5,000$,that I’ve paid so far. 5,000 $,to set me up on a payment plan, that 1,I could’ve done myself, and 2,that I cannot afford to pay. REALLY? ???.I still owe the same amount that I owed before I hired OTR, where have you helped me, OTR? ???Where is the tax relief that you advertise so hard about? .This is just wrong, plain and simple, just wrong. I’m so upset about this. Professional Crooks, is ALL I’ve seen so far. Does ANYONE, at OTR, have the decency and moral fortitude, to make this right? ?????I’m waiting! !!!!!!Too many people have had the same type of experience so,what’s really going on? ?Anyone know of a GOOD lawyer? ?Now it won’t even allow me to submit this complaint, saying I’ve already said this in a complaint, and I’ve never been on this site before. CROOKS! !!!!!

I experienced the same thing. They procrastinated on my case for 2 years! I had a lien filed under their representation! When I was Forced to call the IRS directly and worked out a payment plan in a few hours I asked for my refund back and they refused. Professional Crooks is a accurate assessment!!! I even offered to take half of my refund as long as they acknowledged fault. I will continue to pressure them for the foreseeable future. STOP YOUR NONSENSE OPTIMA!!!!
