I plan to lobby against this sham of a company from now on. They make all kinds of promises to get you to pay that concierge fee but today we arrived for my daughter’s appointment only to be told that the appointment was in a different location. I myself made the appointment and had a heckuva time doing so. The incompetent scheduler seem not to understand a single thing I said during the call and this was not a situation of a language barrier, this was a person who spoke English at a native level. No matter what I told the lady, she seem not to understand or to listen and it took quite a while just to schedule the appointment. imagine how upset I am for my kid with an ear infection to be sent out for two more days instead of finding an opening of 15 minutes somewhere to have her seen. What’s all that money supposed to buy me? Oh yes, quality, immediate care is what they promised. they refused to find a way to have her seen today yes and would not give me direct contact information for a manager or officer of the company they only gave me a name and said that manager would contact me. I will be complaining all the way to the level of CEO to get satisfaction on the situation. And like The rest of the world, I have no compunction about advertised desk far and wide on the Internet especially Facebook

FALSE COVID vaccination availability information! This review is for One Medical – not a specific location. One Medical sent an email to me on 1/14/21 stating “* We’re following applicable guidelines and only vaccinating people in eligible groups. Please help us vaccinate our vulnerable groups and wait until you’re eligible before booking an appointment.” I’m eligible for the COVID vaccination per my county guidelines in NY, followed the instructions on the One Medical site and made an appointment. It seemed too wonderful to be true so I waited on the phone this morning for 25 minutes to speak with someone who validated One Medical is NOT vaccinating for COVID – they do NOT have vaccines to administer. My hopes were shattered due to an erroneous, poorly written and UNETHICAL email from One Medical. I cannot believe a medical organization would be this careless with the patients they are supposed to be caring for.
