Do NV energy have a interest in commodity entities that are stock exchange listed in their own country operating in AFRICA that seek medium sized solar installation from 2.5 to 10 MW?
We are interested in a solar plant with battery or capacitor storage.

This compaint goes along with the other complaints.
I too am having difficulty paying my monthly payments.I have been late 3 times according to NV Engergy..I want to add 2 of those late payments were in 2017 beggining of the year.Recently I received a bill in the mail informinge that if I dont pay my entire bill by February 28 ,2018, that I will be charged $125,this is on top of what I already owe.I made 3 phone calls to customer service and was met with employees who dont care about its customers problems. I pleaded with them to please offer me more time and i also brought up making payment arrangements and was advised that indeed the bill would be considered late.
This message goes to the CEO and The Management who only care about the bottom line..profits..profits..
How can you allow this unfair practice against your customers?
I only receive $740.00 per month..
CEO…could you live on this income…?
I hope you can help me resolve this matter in a timely fashion.

I understand that there are policies and procedures and the company was designed to make money. However there are a lot of people in Nevada that are living below poverty or are the working poor.
Nv Energy wants to add more problems to those who are already having a hard time paying there bill. Now as a form of punishment it seems to be that Nv Energy is stating because a person can not pay their bill he/she must be given an additional 120.00 deposit to secure a payment because of lateness. If this person had the money in the first place they would not have a deposit.
A deposit of 120.00 is not a form of security for the customer but Nv Energy. I would hope you guys remove this burden of 120.00 from your policies because many people are barely making it and this being the only light company in Nevada is more of a Monopoly to strangle the poor.
I am too have been burdened with this deposit in the supervisor I spoke to is clearly rude never have my service disconnected and there is no need for a deposit a deposit used to be given to customers who had their power shut off I am a Las Vegas native I have lived in Las Vegas oh almost 50 years and this is not right it’s just not right I’m very unhappy very unhappy
I have BEEN TRYING TO REACH THE NV ENERGY FRAUD DEPT. NOW I KNW NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY BEING THAT I’VE BEEN IN CALIFORNIA FOR OVER 40YRS. MY NAME WAS USED IN 2019 NOW I AM IN THE BAF CREDIT,BECAUSE OF IT, I HAVE TRYED TO SEND VARIOUS PAPER,PAPERWORK TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS BETWEEN FEB. 2019- NOV. 2019, SO FAR AS LEASE AGREEMENT OF 8 PAGES, DYALISIS CONFIRMATION & OTHER NEAR DEATH INFO. I’VE NEVER LIVED,SEEN OR WITNESSED LAS VEGAS EVER. THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT CALL BACK, THE LIE & SAY THEY HAVEN’T RECEIVED A SINGLE PAPER WHEN I WVEN WENT TO THE POST OFFICE & SENT IT CERTIFIED MAIL, YES THEY SIGNED TO RECEIVE IT. LIKE LITTLE HEART,NON-CARING,NON TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM COMPANY.. I NEED THE FRAUD DEPT OR I WILL GO ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP.. THIS IS SO WRONG ON ALL PLATFORMS.
