I never needed to call customer service until now because my product is being delivered to my old address. My address has been updated and received my products without issues. I don’t know why my account still has my old address. What infuriates me is that I can’t get a hold of anyone. All I get is they’re experiencing a high volume of emails. I called and called and nothing. I sent an email and their response is they’ll get back to me in 10-14 days. I already payed for it, so someone needs to call me as soon as possible on how to resolve this.
I’m ready to call BBB. This is ridiculous and you’ll be losing a loyal customer.
Ridiculous that with what we pay and all the language about us being able to call for help, we are greeted with a robo voice stating there is no one available to take the call. False advertising
