Engineer and model Giorgos Tsetis found that stress and genetics caused him to lose hair at a young age. Determined to find a solution, Tsetis founded Nutrafol.
Nutrafol is a scientifically backed supplement that helps both men and women regrow hair. The company’s formula uses pharmaceutical-grade botanicals and standardized ingredients that work naturally in the body to combat the underlying causes of hair loss, including stress, hormones, diet, environmental, and lifestyle factors.
Consumers spent nearly $86 billion on hair regrowth products in 2017. The market is expected to reach a staggering $1 Trillion in sales in 2021.
The company patented its unique blend of ingredients and in October 2020, issued a study showing that the product safely and effectively encouraged hair growth in post-menopausal women.
In June 2020, Nutrafol stated that they had seen an increase in sales by more than 60%. This is most likely due to the coronavirus and subsequent quarantine.
Company headquarters are located in New York, New York.

I never needed to call customer service until now because my product is being delivered to my old address. My address has been updated and received my products without issues. I don’t know why my account still has my old address. What infuriates me is that I can’t get a hold of anyone. All I get is they’re experiencing a high volume of emails. I called and called and nothing. I sent an email and their response is they’ll get back to me in 10-14 days. I already payed for it, so someone needs to call me as soon as possible on how to resolve this.
I’m ready to call BBB. This is ridiculous and you’ll be losing a loyal customer.
Ridiculous that with what we pay and all the language about us being able to call for help, we are greeted with a robo voice stating there is no one available to take the call. False advertising
