I purchased the 2520 tablet and received the promotional keyboard that was offered. It worked for about 6 months. I worked with tech support and finally had to ship back for a replacement keyboard. I received it this week. My tablet does not detect it. I contacted tech support again and no luck. They instructed me to go to the verizon store and have my tablet looked at. I did that yesterday and they could not figure out what is wrong either. When we tried another brand bluetooth keyboard, the tablet detected it, but not the nokia bluetooth keyboard. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed and I’m requesting some contact me to assist in resolving. i purchased this tablet to use at work and loved the convenience and feel of the bluetooth keyboard. much quicker when taking notes in meetings. From Day one I gave the battery 8 hour charge as directed by the shopkeeper. After 8 hour the battery was not showing full charge what I mean is that battery is not getting full charge.
From 25th Jan 2014 I was get ill and I have a surgery so one month I was in home as per doctor concerned.
On 1st April 2014 in the evening I found the touchpad have some problem so on next day that is 02.04.14I gone to NOKIA CARE CENTER (LIMTON PVT.LTD) which is in 13 & 14 B.B.D. Bag (E) Kolkata-700 001.
I show them the problem they said I have to leave the set with them it will take 15 to 20 days for repair and after 15 days I have to call them whether the set is ready or not. Beside that they also said if the set is ready they will
call me.
So, I said its ok they kept the battery and
set and return me sim card and memory card along with valid doXXXXents.
Today on 09.04.14 they call me and said that inside the set they found some liquid and warranty will not covered this kind of problem. I contradict them and said how come the liquid is insert in the set, I have a cover and also a screen guard and I also said you have not open the set infront of me and after one week you people are telling that the liquid get insert in my set how do I believe that . May be my mistake the liquid get insert by you people.
They said that if I have repair I have to pay Rs.2000/- otherwise they will return back the set, then I told them ok if I pay you Rs. 2000/- then what will be the warranty status, they said me there is NO WARRANTY for touch pad and after repair I will not get the warranty of the set also.
Now I asked I understand the liquid get insert so it will not covered in warranty then
why my set will not covered in warranty. Tell me is it legal ?
As a customer what should I do by hearing such kind of illegal things. First of all How do I believe that liquid get insert in the set they neither show me on that particular date after one week they saying that rubbish thing , secondly is it true touchpad cost is Rs. 2000 if I pay this amount what will be warranty status.
I know in every set Its a “Rectangular White Sticker” located below your battery. Its changes its colour depending on the water damage.White-Little to No Water DamagePink-Moderate Water Damage ,Red-Heavy Water Damage. When I deposit the set they have open the set and also said there is no possible of any damage. And there technical sense is horrible I have a battery proble also as I said before they said me update the softer battery problem solve I said I already update the software, and what is the relation between software updation and battery?Any way I said him look while charging the battery the set is off so there is no use of software so how the problem solve while update the software. Is it ridiculos answere or not.
Anyway I am waiting for you valuable justice.

There was a call from nokia on Friday evening near about 6.25 pm and nokia person conferenced it with local Rohtak customer care person .. Disgusting on part of Nokia . They let local Rohtak care arguing with me that they didn’t broke phone 1 percent of glass side of phone and just replaced the ear piece and then local nokia care person after 5 mins said in anger we didn’t change the ear piece and told me i can do whatever i Want and fighting with me over phone and nokia India person speaking in between.
What can i say about this from Nokia . Nokia made me to listen arguments and fighting from nokia care Rohtak.
This is the customer service Nokia India offers . Harassing and molesting the customers..
Then Nokia India person says if there is scratch on phone anywhere on phone the whole phone becomes out of warranty due to that scratch.. Then he says due to physical damage then says even volume button breaks even then ..
NOKIA INDIA created all sort of problems to me and harassing me giving examples and let nokia care Rohtak person arguing me on conference by Nokia India..
I will seek adhreseel against all this in consumer court now for harassing in this way and creating problems to me

Nokia care is saying if i change the screen and spend rs 7800 only then phone comes under the warranty otherwise not phone is not water damaged or tampered, nokia care itself rips the upper part of screen and says i need to change it for an internal problem to be rectified .
1. It means they are charging it false and misleading customer that they earn the money .
2. Why there was no job sheet made when ear piece is being changed .
3. No question of phone not been taken under warranty arises as phone is under warranty and no water damaged and other things . I have already mailed several pics of phone showing its working fine .
4. If outside button of phone gets wear and tear even or screen wear and tear nokia would not change it , that i know and who is saying to nokia to change wear and tear .
5. Swap phone because wear tear of screen was done by nokia care itself and phone has network issues and disturbance in calls is huge and nokia car couldn’t rectify it.
6. Swap it because its fault of nokia and why should i wait for 25 days to send it Delhi and all . If you don’t have refund policy but that doesn’t means that nokia customers will suffer for a month or so without having the phone with him as it lies in your nokia care .
7.Nokia image . What it shows that anyone buys nokia and it gets some fault then he has to wait for month to get it rectified and for one month he has bear problems in job and business without a smartphone . Very good on part of nokia brand image and services.
8. What brand image this will built of nokia among the customer and social circle .
So please solve this problem and otherwise if your lackluster service issues will continue more on this its a huge loss for me and i will straight away move to consumer court .. Saying concern person will contact you shortly and no one contacts me in after complaint is not gonna solve the problem .. This is huge problem is nokia service then ..

Pls find more pics of phone to let you know phone is all oke in working other than this huge disturbance in calls and when nokia care first changed its ear piece just 5-6 days back and no water damage or nothing was said from them ..
I am just saying they are making useless examples for this . . And if they cant rectify it then it should be swaped and why i need to wait for 25 days that they will send it to Delhi then see can be rectify or not and also why warranty void when i didn’t water damaged or tampered and even no false software . Then even nokia care accidently ripped upper part above the extreme right corner of phone that too outside of phone and nothing related with problem and phone is working else all fine …

I have been using Nokia Touch & Type Model X3-03 which was available in Malaysia. I have been using this phone for quite number of years.
Unfortunately because of heavy use I wanted to buy similar brand new phone. Sad to say it is no longer available.
This phone is very good, light, easy on my fingers and good and easy to scroll. I need to buy a brand new one of the same model. Please let me know how I can purchase.

I bought a brand Nokia Model 302 which cannot be scrolled and the keys are stiff and hard on my thumb and does some of the good features of X2-03..
I also bought a Lumia 525 brand new which is also not suitable for me.
