You must be talking about the SSL CERTIFICATION Process. I had the same problem! Some random number showed up on my D & B and they suggested I hire an attorney to write Network Solutions a letter. They said the letter should state the number is false. THEN, they will verify the lawyer info and if it is valid they will change it. I am well over 20 hours and almost one week into a fix. EVERYTIME I have to call them, it takes 10-12 people, 4-5 calls, extra money charged, no resolution and up to 4 hours of being transferred and if the rep doesn’t know what to do they transfer you back to queue and you have to start over. Its getting close to 500.00 a year for a couple emails, hosting, site lock and an SSL. The problem is still not fixed and its probably going to cost more. I highly recommend you find another company and run like the road-runner before you call this company.

Simply the worst company out there. They should be ashamed of themselves. Forget their customer support, it’s in some small shop in the Philippines where everyone there, although very nice, is worthless. I called to have a minor change to my account and the employee accidentally wiped out all my websites and email. My business came to a grinding halt. When people typed in my web address they got a sign that said The website was an imposter and that I was trying to steal their money and to log off. I spent days on the phone with customer support, and although they agreed it was their fault and felt very badly for me, they did nothing. My website has been down for days, and my business has ground to a halt. All my advertising money went up in the air. People who logged onto my web address will never come back since they think I’m a thief. Customer support does not have the power to do anything. I was a customer for over 20 years. It just so happened that this was the first year I used them for my business Internet. They were going to be my trusted partner, but instead they turned out to be a cancer that ate its way through my business. Avoid this company all costs.

I am very unsatisfied with Network Solutions Customer Support. Network Solutions has hosted our website and domain name for more years than I can remember. We have had no issues until recently and have received ZERO help in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Our email address has not worked since April 22, 2022. I can send emails but they are not received and there is no indication of any errors. I have not received any emails since 4/22/22. I have used the online chat, I have called Customer Service (Tech Support) on April 28, May 1, 4, 12, and 15. Whatever the techs have done, has not fixed the issue. I also sent an email on May 16. Crickets. I am getting very close to finding another host, as we pay for this service and it is not cheap. The web-based email does receive Spam mail occasionally, but that is NOT helpful. My next step is to write a letter to the Corporate office.

Your employees took our credit card and then ghosted us. we received no service. When we call in to deal with this we get the run around. When we ask for a supervisor we are promised a return call that never comes. we contested the charge, but your company is fighting back. ;
you have taken my money and treated me like dirt.

I have over 20 hours invested in trying to change a primary contact for a domain name we own and pay you for. I’m still no closer to a resolution than when I started. This is by far one of the worst expereinces I have evr had with a company. Your verication process is both archaic and outdated and has little to no logic within the process.
