I was just at the Georgetown DE office I had a major problem with the intake person and was verbally attacked by one person at the service counter and was verbally abused by the manager Angela Vaughan
this is unacceptable 3 of your employees all at once and the way they did this they have done it before

I cannot believe it is so hard to talk to corp HR about inappropriate behavior of a store employee towards a special needs adult. When you call the corp phone line you cannot contact anyone directly. Then when you go online to file a compliant you are asked to pay to file out a form. Really
This is the most ghetto ,unprofessional place of business I’ve ever been to they have no problem displaying racism and love confusing most worker are ignorant toward issues and had no problem saying their job sucks in their own words I was told some was on verge of quitting due to the lack of leadership and would not recommend anyone visit there especially with their children to experience what mines did
