No one answers the phone or return phone calls. Unbelievable!!!!
I have been trying to get ahold of your customer service department for months, they never answer the calls all it does is put me on hold. I have been on hold for 30mins and I have let my phone stay on for 2hrs before and still no answer, this has happened to me several times with no results. I have left emails with the same no response. I have three cars on your monthly program, I have been over charged, and one of my accts I can not get my receipts for my monthly charges. I can not get any answers from your people at the car washes, employees or manager’s all they say is call customer service I tell them they do not answer, they say that’s all they can tell me.
