Hello Mejuri Staff,
I would like this E-mail to be forward to the owner!
I purchased over $1,000.00 in jewelry at Mejuri!!! These are the following problems with your staff at the Los Angeles store located at 8404 Melrose Avenue.
• The necklaces I purchased was too tight, so I went into the store to purchase a extended chain. The male staff sold me a fake extension that turned. I went back to the store and was informed that the store has a 14k extension. I informed the manager Tess that the salesman should have told me so I can make a choice. I am also under the assumption that Mejuri does not sell fake gold!!! I then purchased the 14k and had it shipped due to there was not any available in the store. I was shown it would have the circle with the m in the middle that would hang from the back of neck. That is what I expected to receive! When I paid the difference a receipt was not e-mailed to me for the difference of $33.14
• The necklace I purchased turned colors on the hook.
• When I spoke with your staff Tess she is VERY RUDE, NON-PROFESSIONAL, CURT, SPOKE TO ME AS IF I AM INCOMPETENT AND DOES NOT GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Informed her several times to attach the extension to my necklace and she kept going back and forth about an refund. 5 plus. Finally, I told her to answer her own question. She then slammed the extension, turned her back on me as if I am nothing! Yes, I then followed her to the back of the store for being disrespectful and rude! I repeated again what service I wanted. Yes, security was called! I then went back to the front of the store to finish my business regarding my necklace. The district manager, Kayla then informed the security to have have me leave the store. I informed him that I will not leave until my business is finished. All of my merchandise was paid in full! I then left the store! Kayla never came out to speak with me!
• Communication is a big problem with some of the staff there! Tell a customer what is fake and don’t demonstrate a product knowing the customer will not get exactly what it looks like.
Therefore, I am returning every piece of jewelry and the jewelry case. I will NOT patronize this store any longer and not recommend it to any other persons! I spoke with Ms. Joe today and she, stated she will refund me ALL of my money!
Your staff will not have to worry about my money being on the payroll. I will patronize where my money is appreciated and I get professional customer service!
