Meathead’s Burgers and Fries was founded by current CEO Tom Jednorowicz in 2007. The company is headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois. As of March of 2016, the company has 17 locations, most of them in Illinois. The company is known for its wide variety of toppings and burger sizes. The restaurant chain also offers chicken burgers, chicken sandwiches, as well as salads and drinks.
Meathead’s Burgers and Fries, often called Meathead’s, is a specialty burger chain that describes itself as a “fast casual” restaurant, rather than a fast food location. Annual sales in 2011 were $5 million. The company has yet to offer a franchise system, although the owner, who is a former executive at Potbelly Sandwich Works, says he is considering it.

Hello!
I’m a lunchroom monitor one period each day for my school.
The number of bags of carrots, thrown out, is terrible. I’ve collected unused carrots 3 times this year ago make carrot cake cupcakes for the staff.
Todays carrots really didn’t look very good. I tried to get a good photo but it is difficult to see how they look. Each bag had several, very white carrots. I prefer emailing instead of calling. And I tried emailing the address listed but my email fails to get delivered so this seems to be the only way to make contact
I have pictures of the bags but I couldn’t include any of them.

I got off work at 7:00 and tried to call in an order to the Frankfurt Illinois store. Nobody answered as I drove towards the store which took about 20 minutes when I got there they were two people in the dining room and nobody behind the register finally a girl named Tiffany came up and asked me what I wanted I asked her if they still took phone orders and she got really upset and started being confrontational. I didn’t drive there to listen to her give me a bunch of crap so I walked out. I’ll never be back to that place again

I took my son to Meatheads Roscoe Village for a take out order of grilled cheese and fries. We waited over 30 minutes for the food and no one ever approached us to inquire as to what we were waiting for and provide any assistance. There were 4 orders in line behind us. They all received their food and left and we were still standing there. There was only a few other tables with customers in the restaurant, the rest was empty. Finally, I asked the front cashier when our food might be ready. She went to the kitchen to inquire, then rather than coming back to let me know status, she proceeded to walk around the restaurant to help other customers and clear a table. I had to follow her over to where she was walking around and ask again when we would be getting our food, and she said that she had to look for it because they said they had brought it out??? There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, so not exactly sure where she thought she was looking for our order?? Then I said I expected my money to be refunded for the inconvenience of the extremely long wait. The “manager” came to the front cash register and took over 15 minutes to try to figure out how to do a refund. And, then, I was informed that they still didn’t have the order. So, over 45 minutes of my time was wasted waiting for food that never appeared and an inept manager to figure out the POS system. Then the manager tried to act like I had no right to express my dissatisfaction over the horrible service and treatment. After 45 minutes at a “fast food” restaurant, I had no food. There were no apologies offered. No offer to refund and still serve the food. Nothing. And, the manager acted like there was no problem with what had happened. I can’t even describe my disbelief at this level of service. It is obviously a new team of people at the store, because in the past even though the service was never “speedy”, it was never this bad and never rude. We have frequented Meatheads Roscoe Village ever since it opened. I will NEVER be a customer there again.

After issuing an email on Dec. 15 following an extremely unsatisfactory and negative customer experience, I sent an email directly to the Frankfort, IL Meatheads and received no response. I then sent an email to your corporate office and have also not received a response. At approximately 8:40 pm on Dec. 20, I was contacted by phone via a man named “Toby” who stated he worked at Meatheads and wanted to make things right. He stated he would email me when he had access to a computer and would be asking for my home address to send me some type of reimbursement/coupon. I never received an email and again question the entire phone contact. Not sure who called me which is unsettling in and of itself. It seems evident that customer concerns do not truly matter.

Does the choice of your profile image of a dairy cow mean that your ground meat is from old dairy cattle? Old dairy bovine are processed into baloney and Weiner products. As a life long member of a Central Illinois Bi-Centennial farm I find your Corp logo not exactly assuring as to you serving proper meat. Would have thought someone from Bloomington to have some exposure to agriculture.
