This organization has been calling my personal cell-phone 10-15 times per day for a full week now. I contacted them to tell the cease but it became clear they could care less and this morning their relentless barrage of calls have continued. I decided to hand this off to my general counsel and let them handle it, as I’m sick of receiving their incessant fax machine calls and their unwillingness to stop. I see from the comments this is an ongoing problem that spans several years and has affected numerous people so it’s not as if they don’t know it’s happening. Unfortunately, it seems legal action is the only thing they understand.
I am getting numerous fax calls per day from this fax at my 781-774-XXXX phone number. Please make it stop!

We have tried blocking the number with no success. We contacted Magellan and can’t seem to get any help. Advise your staff to make sure they are dialing an actual fax number and not someones residence.

I called Magellan behavioral health insurance to find a provider for my son. The first customer care representative was extremely rude, used a condescending expression when I gave him my son’s last name (Spanish last name) and the last straw was when he told me he couldn’t understand me because I have an “accident.” I think he meant “accent.” This is a person with a clear prejudice problem who shouldn’t be working there. I am trying to get this addressed, but I’m pretty sure it is being swept under the rug.
We have been receiving at least ten phone calls late at night from a fax line with the number 602-337-9089 at our home in Colorado. If this does not stop immediately we will be reporting it to the legal authorities. Magellan Health comes up on our caller ID each time this happens. Make this stop now!

I have been receiving phone calls from your FAX at my home in Ohio. It is a FAX machine with it’s constant beeping all hours of the night and day. The number that appears on my phone that is from Magellan is 1 602- 273-2500 My phone number is 1 -440 -845- XXXXX please inform who ever is doing this to stop.
