I love all my Lula clothes I do have my favorites but I have a suggestion, I was blessed with my lovely grandmas arms most of us call it a curse lol well I wear a large or xl in a Caroline but with my arms I need more room in the sleeves so that means I have to go up sizes which make them baggy in the body so could you please give more room in the arms in all I love the perfect t but some are the same in the arms please take this in consideration Thank you

Have been a faithful customer of LuLaRoe and love almost all of the styles. It’s very comfortable and stylish. There is only one complaint I have and that’s regarding the OS leggings. I’ve noticed the leggings that I’ve purchased that are made in China do not match the quality nor fit like the other leggings not made in China. Am very disappointed in the leggings made in China.

How do I report a consultant that has been rude to me and the customers (friends of mine) that I have brought her. She has also blocked me from her lula page (Roe to the Beach with Ashley Simmons located in Florida). She has had numerous lives and does her lives while drinking and complaining always about personal issues. I do know she has blocked people for not buying…she has even admitted it. She has also given me no reason as to why I am blocked. I have had friends that have waited for their orders forever and she blames them for not messaging her…when it was actually her that never got back to them. This does not give a good impression of the lularoe company.

i called the damage dept about our 300 items strong odor after the buyers complaint the items strong odor..
i am deaf and just new consultant last august 2017.. i frustration ..im asking the damage dept about replacement they are saying okay 300 items instead of 15 items..i already sending three boxies over $125 shippings (97 items ) then left 200 items to go but i did not recieve a 97 items replacement since feb 2018 make me so unhappy ..i lost live video daily.. i emailed the message many times they are not acting .. im feeling lost interesting in the lularoe busieness.. the damage replacement owe me $$ lots…i need 97 items now..or money back…its not my fualt the buyers compalint the itms strong odor..oh sigh

I am very disappointed in your independent consultants (Shawna Washabaugh, Amber Rose, Allison Stephans OBrein, and Betsy Guye-Fritz) I had been buying from in the past. They all seemed very nice until I was unable to afford the extremely high priced items. I recently reached out to 3 consultants who all sell LuLaRoe and Color Street nails about myself selling Paparazzi Jewelry, asking for any insight they could give me about how to grow my business and if they had any of their customers looking for some great jewelry to match their LuLaRoe to please send them my way. Because I know it is very important for small business to show each other support. How many times have I passed on their names and facebook business pages to my friends?! And just because I asked a couple of questions I have be ignored and pushed aside as if my personal business is nothing. I was even told by one of your consultants that I just shouldn’t sell paparazzi, and they were telling me how bad the company is. I just think that it is extremely rude of the consultants and really does not show the support system that is so needed in the small home businesses and direct selling businesses, especially between women. I am extremely disappointed in these ladies and will not be buying from them any longer and will be spreading word to all my friends and family that I have recommended to them that they should look elsewhere for their leggings and other clothing items.

The main reason I’m asking is because back in May 2017 I ordered a Joy and it took for ever to get to me it was a present for a friend .. When I asked the lady Marybeth Kondrya in a pm she never got back to me until I went on their page to complain she wrote me back and was so rude saying I gave her the wrong email address .. She charged me 68.32 for this Joy .. My email since then has been marked as Spam with the bless invoicing can an I get this right ? I have loved the lularoe brand clothes. However, I apparently live or do not belong to the groups who get all the elegant collection. But I wanted to tell you that I am giving up trying to acquire the dresses I have spent hours searching for. I work full time and cannot be on the internet looking for clothes and especially elegant dresses when they don’t seem to exist in the size I need. I have probably 35 pairs of leggings and at least a dozen dresses but if I cannot purchase what I am looking for then I am going to give it up and will also tell all my friends who I have convinced to buy lularoe. It is just a joke trying to find dress style and size. I would be better off going to Dillards or Macy’s. Please respond,

I’m so angry at the lies Amber Jones is telling, she flat out discriminated against a deaf person, now she is trying to say she wasn’t aware that the person was watching, and said she reached out you corp to better help the hearing impaired, but I know since she is such a large consultant nothing will be done, you are say you are about helping and social responsibility until something like this happens are it hits the pocketbook, all Amber had to do is show the size tag, that was all the lady was asking instead she said no, and block others from helping, and then lied, I just don’t think this represents favorably on your company. I know a consultant that sells them at the same time making them into outfits and I thought you could only sell Disney then you can switch over after your done selling Disney line of clothes. Hello! I I have emailed you before with no response. And I’m here to say that the company can claim that people or certain Consultants don’t get things that the littler Consultants can’t get but I’m here to call b*******. Your elegant collection that is coming out my consultant ordered the same day as the people above her and Saturday night the lady above her was wearing a piece from your elegant collection. So I find it funny that my consultant her Elegance just shipped but the other lady had hers and was wearing it Saturday please explain that to me. Also you just had your noir collection come out. My consultant was on an hour before not on numerous devices like other Consultants and she barely got anything I also know that other Consultants got nothing I understand that the Consultants that are huge have gotten that way for a reason but it’s really hard for your small Consultants to get bigger if they don’t or aren’t provided the chance to do that. There should be a limit on how many things each consultant can get and then once everyone has ordered their initial amount they can go back in and buy more in 48 hours. This gives everyone a fair opportunity to have your products in stock because it’s very frustrating to your customers when we see that all the big rude Consultants are the only ones that are getting them. I refuse to buy from the big Consultants because if I’m not buying $300 a day they want nothing to do with me and don’t have the time of day for me. I would rather wait two years for my consultant to get something in then pay a dime to one of those rude nasty Consultants.

Well here is what I have to say and it can be taken with a grain of salt as the case maybe.
My two daughters are consultants or retailers as I guess you could say. They are not by any means high up there, but they do their best and hold their own and are happy. That is really all a mother can ask for, however with that being said this whole cluster on the Noir collection and the email sent out is disturbing for a few reasons;

We recognize that some of you feel that the launch of the Noir Collection was unfair and that there was favoritism to some Retailers. That is simply not true. In our effort to be fair to all, we have developed a queue system that creates a virtual holding room where everyone in that room has an equal opportunity to move into the shopping cart. Once you are in the cart you may purchase product you believe is best for your business pending availability. If as a Retailer you sell a lot of product, it is “fair” for you to be able to buy a lot.
Ok now my thoughts on the above –
1. Don’t disagree that the “queue” system is a bad idea, HOWEVER what is a bad idea is consultants logging in on MULTIPLE computers, phones, tablets, ect to get a better spot in the queue. YES it happened as pictures were posted of several doing it. THAT SHOULD NOT be able to happen, the IT department should be able to set the system to recognize the login (email) of the consultant and ONLY allow one login. This would also keep the system from crashing. I know it is possible to do as my own company IT department does it!! Also stick with the 10 minute kick out time once you get in – THAT also DID NOT HAPPEN!
2. I also don’t disagree that if consultants no matter big or small have the “money” they should be able to purchase items. HOWEVER, I do think that when you do a launch for something that YOU know is going to be VERY big put a cap on it so everyone has a “fair” chance. If any retailers want more they can go back in the queue and try again.
3. Try releasing smaller amounts of the collections at a time and once a retailer has purchased then they can not purchase again from that collection for a set time frame. Doesn’t have to be days can be 24 or 48 hours just something to give others a chance.
4. NONE of this is rocket science it is just basic common business practices that have been around for years. You support big or small people or in this case retailers who buy your product. If not YOU as a company are the ones that lose and sooner or later you will.
As I said these are just my thoughts and I am sure they do not mean anything to you, but I felt the need to say them.

You have a responsibility to your CONSULTANTS to be FAIR to them all not just the BIG sellers. I know of many TOP sellers who got the “NOIR” collection items while smaller consultants did not and I am so sick of the smaller Consultants getting screwed over by the LuLaRoe Corporation. One TOP seller I am aware of were able to order over 8 boxes of the BLACK and they crowed all about doing it. This is not funny any more or by far, it is simply evil that they are thumbing their noses at other Consultants who were less fortunate in their placement in the QUE (que not working people), it is not right ever, EVER! I am now advising any one who asks me, who is considering it, that they should not get into your retail clothing business because you can never trust anyone who is willing to lie to you to your face for love of money, for greed. Those who deceive you yet take your money happily while allowing the TOP sellers to go along their merry way stealing customers from all the other hard working Consultants! YES, LuLaRoe is sticking the PROVERBIAL knife in your back !

I think it is unfair that the smaller consultants did not get the Noir Collection. Customers prepaid for these and because the big time consultants pigged them and grabbed them up, the smaller ones got none and had to refund. What a hastle. You NEED to make black leggings, etc more and more at our reach. I am a good customer; but I would like to see some more black not called this collection. Just black items as your colorful ones. Need more plain colored tops to match leggings you put out. I have to go elsewhere to find tops to match the leggings and I have over 30 pair. Start putting more black out in leggings, etc and more solids in tops such as Randy,Lynnae, Irma, Classic, Perfect and GIGi. What are you thinking not making tops to match unless your BIG consultants get to hog them up too. Totally disappointed in Noir…Just keep it black and stop psyching people up for a let down. Black should not be that hard to do.

Listening to your webinar, you should be stopping these “BLACK” order period and not allowing the special few get them while the rest of your consultants get the knife in their backs. Top sellers are rubbing it into the faces of all these smaller but hard working individuals. It is not enough what you promise when you screwed everyone this time around. There is NO trust after this mess, every consultant should fire you as a business partner and I hope they all do. Your business needs to go down if you DO NOT correct this NOW !!! Keep your faces off the clothing too, we are sick of your stories when all we get is screwed over and laughed at by top sellers. What a big huge mess you made of ordering from the “BLACK” collection !!! How are you going to fix the mess you have made? it was not fair, not even close to it. I love the perfect t’s because they along with Irma’s hide the fluff and butt I don’t want seen.
The leggings are great, but my suggestion is this: Make leggings in a petite curvy size. Not all of us curvy women are over 5 foot. I am only 4’9 and I wear a TC because they fit my but and gut better, but they are too long and bunch at the tops of my sneakers. I would love to try on a carly, but know that will be down around my ankles so maybe a petite carly as well. Love the length of Perfect t’s and Irmas cause they cover everything.. From the time it starts getting cool until it gets too warm I live in my leggings and a big baggy shirt. Would also like to see solid blues and more solid blacks as they both go with almost everything!

Impossible to get solid color top or leggings to make an outfit unless you buy an outfit already put together by the consultant. I watch several retailers to try to find what I want. Seems that when they get anything solid color they hold on to it to put in an outfit of their choice. Then you either buy the outfit or you can’t get what you are looking for. Also anytime they get something black such as leggings they will either put them in an outfit or require you to spend a certain amount of money on other items to qualify to buy them. Or they will have a contest to get them. Some put them in mystery sales. You purchase items according to your size not knowing what you are going to get on the hope that it will be the black item you want. The Disney items are a joke!!! The crappy prints are plentiful while the desirable one are impossible to get!! The other thing is why do the children’s clothing cost so much?? LuLaRoe itself is over priced but the children’s clothes are totally out of reason!! Now that I have taken the time to write to you with my complaints it makes me realize that LuLaroe is not worth the money or the headache!!

I purchased a Julie which was not the correct size. The consultant said I could return and pick something else. I returned the Julie picked the item but cannot get her to send it to me. A lot of consultants are not following the rules and are selling Disney villain leggings as outfits. They post the price for the full outfit and are not posting a price separate for the Disney leggings and the other item. So to buyers it looks like you have to buy the whole outfit. This is illegal and goes against Disney policy.

hi I know how you are in collaboration with Disney I have bought both normal lula and Disney lula. my only complain is that it is very difficult to even get a pair of leggings and it doesn’t help that you have to pretty much bid with hundreds of people just to even come close to getting a pair. I’m so over the fact of having to join groups as it takes over my social media and not getting what I want in the end . I spend hours on live sales and to not even get anything I feel like it’s wasting my time I love the leggings even though they are not always consistent some are think and a little see through but they ones that are soft are great . my thought is why don’t you and Disney actually partner up and sell in stores and on Disney.com I’m sure you will get a lot of profit doing so I mean I know I would spend a lot of money just to ensure myself I get all the prints I wanted . I can not believe I have waited all this time for the Cheshire Cat (circles print) to come out & they are only in smaller sizes !! I wear TC or TC2. Over the past year I have spent at least $ 4 grand – YES – 4 grand on LLR, mostly leggings. Very disappointed. It’s fine that you limit the prints, but make some in every size. Some of us spend (waste) hours searching for a print in our size & it doesn’t even exist. That is sad. You have some very nice prints, but a lot more really ugly ones. Print more of the ones people seem to want and in ALL of the sizes – and less of those ugly ones. Yes, I know everyone has different tastes, but you can’t tell me you can’t tell which ones don’t sell !!
ALSO, more solid colors – leggings & tops !!

Due to unfortunate events with a very complicated pregnancy I as a retailer had stop my business to focus on my and my in born babies health. I did the right thing (according to lularoe) by sending back my inventory instead of try to sell it off at a very low price. That was back on 5/25. On 6/15 LuLaRoe had received my inventory. I was told it would take between 4-6 weeks to receive my refund check. After my 6 week waiting time I called and I called and finally on 8/11 they said my check was sent. Today 8/28 I have still yet to receive my check.
I am so sick and tired of calling every day and being told the same thing. No one seems to know anything. I have emailed with no responses received. LuLaRoe owes me over 5000 dollars.
I have been dealing with a very lovely lady on LuLaRoe end who has called me repeatedly just to check in and give me updates and I really appreciate that but what it comes down to is it should take over 10 weeks.
LuLaRoe needs to stop f**king around with people’s money. It seriously puts a financial burden on my family. They Are just asking for more lawsuits.
I 100% backed the company and supported them until this situation

Where is my refund???? My approved auth # is 327401010. You have had my approved defective merchandise since MAY and I still do not have my money!!! I have called, I have emailed, I have sat on hold three times as the 1st person in line for over a 1/2 hour each time. I have left a call back # and have never had it returned…..I am so upset with your company! I’ve had it with quite a few LulaRoe consultants especially those who create give away for business because they take their customers and practically bully them, ignore those who don’t buy on an everyday basis and cater to only those who buy into their give away schemes and buy according to them their new item exciting deals, I have left three groups as of today due to this horrible way of treating customers who buy a certain amount maybe three times a month, My terrifying ordeal, experience with this company is coming to an end. I have been a an excellent customer. and feel I shouldn’t not, will not allow anyone bully or degrade me in such a matter that leave me frustrated, feeling upset because I have been ignored for doing NO WRONG . If this is what this company stands for if this is what they wants their Motto to be then I will not be part of nor will I support them by buying their product. As a consumer of a lot of Lularoe products and a lot of my money spent on it, I’m truly so disappointed and feel when loyal customers are misled, mistreated something should be done and not allowed to continue selling until they take some kind of class to improve themselves as sales consultants. I have had unpleasant experiences with consultants as well and ironically enough, it is usually the ones who have been the most successful. All of the “no passing” under ANY cirXXXXstances, something happens and you miss the 24 hr pay window and they put your stuff back out for sale and block you out of their store, question them about anything, ask too many questions (according to them) as a new LLR customer who is totally unfamiliar with the product and the way the “game” is played and you are ridiculed, ignored, and blocked from their store if they decide they don’t like you. They do cater to the customers that they “know” (aka the people who kiss up and buy from them frequently. They make multi-packs of leggings so that to get a very desirable pr you have to fork over $50.00 to take both (one usually not so desirable), put coveted pieces into $100.00+ outfits that you have to buy just to get that piece. I could go on. I stick with the couples or girls who are not high and mighty and bullish. I’ll not give my money to someone who treats customers very poorly. There is one arrogant couple I would love to report for the way they handle their business and treat their customers. I have message communications I had with them and even one that was mistakenly sent to me, about me, that was not very nice. They could use being taken down a notch or two. They would probably be better people for it! As much crap as they order from the company, the company probably would not be interested in how they represented it…as long as they are moving that merchandise and asking for more!

1. Started out my sister in law joined with the same trainer/sponsor . We I watched her first video . I said Steph we all got to start some where (not to be mean just a statement . Then they had a top with some kind of sleeve I asked what was the name of it. Not being mean just wanted to know .
2. Well The Trainer /Sponsor called my brother wife after other sister in law called and said I was mean and embrassed said sister in law Stephany is her name . Brooke told that sister in law (Stacey) to tell me to stop we all have to get along . 2. That’s not the first call on me to LuLaRoe first one was I set up store in a furniture. Yes I did have my things thier for storage . Brooke and her mom knew this They never said a thing to me tell I got email and I asked them they did not know it was wrong . I believe it was Stephany Smith sister in law that turned me in .
3. Then while I’m at the hospital with my husband waiting for emergency surgery. I get a text from Brooke asking me what is going on with Stephany and her mother . I told her I have no idea I was at hospital then Brooke says I need to control my husband !!! Then at that same time Stephany is texting my husband making remarks . Then toward the in she say I deserve the stuff I was getting .
4 I find my self Blocked from Trainer Sponsor with not much training at all see I let my brothers wife come into business with me which was a bad mistake Another story .
5 . While vision 17 is going on I get message from Jen Brooke’s uplink asking if I text Stephany customers telling them to join my group and get a big discount . Told Jen how could I I’m blocked from every one. I ‘M a 63 years old I don’t play games . Well with Jen out at convention she said she looked into it Jen says that they did not produce any more facts from them
Well I asked for all text received from Stephany or Brooke or Bonnie because I’m going to see atterney My health is not good blood blood pressure is high . Depression is bad . I want this mess cleared up . I need answers . When I go into group chat I don’t get answer . Plus still a lot I do not know Jen has helped but I feel it’s not her place
Why should Brooke and Bonnie get money ? Why should I get all the crap and being told I need to watch my P&Q’s I’m sick of being the bad person in this

I love the new items being added to the line but what I would really like to see is a PERFECT CARLY! The longer sleeves on the perfect, along with the belled hemline on a Carly would be amazing!!!!

On July 4, 2017 I purchased 2 pair of leggings from Jennifer Yardman. I received a invoice and paid the same day. She said she would mail the next day. I have not received anything from her. I’ve sent her several messages and she will not respond. Order # was 14219810 my transaction #was 62702103. It’s very frustrating I can not get a response out of her. I have bought a lot of Lula Roe over the last several months from other wonderful consultants. After this experience with her, IT WILL BE MY LAST… I feel like I am owed some sort of apology from her but if this is how she does business, you are going to lose a lot of customers due to her wrong doing by stealing people’s money…

After purchasing a pair of leggings from an online party of multiple consultants I received a pair that had little wholes in them and the fabric is separating. I never got to wear them. The tag says made in Vietnam. The consultant took my payment but never returned my email. Now whenever I get invited to a fb party I’m hard pressed to ever order another product. Bad business. Poor quality fabric.

I have recently been introduced to Lularoe and I love it.
However, I am finding it difficult to get leggings and tops to match. In speaking with two reps, they tell me they have no control over the colors delivered to them, only sizes. I think your company is missing the mark by not making more black, navy, gray, brown solid color leggings available to the reps. Additionally, you need to send more solid colors in your tops. I do not want to dress with extreme pattern differences between tops and leggings.

I am beyond unhappy right now and I dont feel that the consultant (Ashley Temple) has been understanding or helpful in rectifying the situation. A couple of weeks ago she posted that she was doing a preorder special. Anyone who signed up and paid for a Carly would be sent a random, fun and colorful Carly in the size they choose. Mine arrived yesterday. I was so disappointed. In the bag was an army green plain dress. Other (thin) women were posting pictures of gorgeous textured and vibrantly beautiful dresses. I had expected the same. I am dissatisfied with this entire transaction and feel like something could be done. Presently, I dont plan to buy any more Lularoe. And I am cancelling the party that I had scheduled.

As someone already stated, each consultant is an independent business owner. It is unfortunate that not all consultants adhere to the mantra of “give great customer service” . That is why it is important to actually know your consultant, there are so many multi consultant groups and you have no idea who you are buying from, or you may not even remember who you bought from !
There are some fabulous consultants out there who will take care of their customers over and above what is the norm. Find them and shop with them you will never be disappointed. Some consultants have even gone so far as to take returns (which is over and above by far) from customers they have never met or shopped with. This is called great customer service…who does that ? You can’t buy clothes at Macy’s and return them at Kohl’s ! So, as always know where you’re spending your money and you will be taken care of !!
I am one of those consultants who will always put my customer first !!

I am upset with Lularoe because it seems to me that the consultants do not work with each other to help out a customer. I had brought an Amelia from my consultant and when she showed me another dress/design that I did want, she said that I could not get that desired item because they were not hers. I asked if she could buy it from the other consultant (her friend) and she said no. I would have to buy that from her friend and I could not get a refund of the item, I had to get a credit for it. I think that all consultants should be willing to work with each other to help a customer service out. Poor customer service. My consultants would not put a pair of leggings on hold for me as well because I wanted to have that go to my party that I was having 7 days later. It seems that Lularoe’s policy are not fair to the customers. Where’s the Customers should be treated better policy?? We are paying good money and having parties for the consultants. We should be treated better!! I am probably going to cancel a party that I had lined up in November because I was excited about Lularoe and the quality of the clothing, but without the proper customer service, I will not support them.

I recently started with LuLaRoe. I understand your frustration. Each retailer is independently owned each retailer decides how to run her business based on the guidelines we are given. Unfortunately we can’t refund something that someone else sold you as they own their own business. But I will do my best to help any customer to be satisfied. Some of the things you stated were just that retailer’s procedures. I’m sorry you experienced this.

Hello, I am writing to you all regarding a few things that are discouraging. There are several consultants leaving and we have noticed a few selling their clothing wholesale to NON consultants!! This is very unfair to those of us who are struggling trying to keep going with our sales. We are a team – grandmother, mom & 2 granddaughters. Many consultants are extremely upset with the product we are getting due to the patterns and materials being fall & winter! I understand the company has grown by leaps and bounds but it seems to be getting out of hand. We want to be successful with our business but with our product not coordinated with the seasons therein lies the problem. Yes we will have product ready for those seasons but that is not helping us now. I know you have some consultants that seem to have an unlimited supply of money and can order at any time, but in reality most of us have to wait until we have sales to place a new order. Our journey began in late November of 2016 and as of now we are wondering if we will be able to become as successful as the people who signed on earlier. (I know that there are some who have but from what I see it is again, because they already have money to keep putting into their business regardless if they sell or not. Why don’t you hold off onboarding until some of these concerns are met? The other problem in some eyes is the fact of this “capsules” like mommy & me, Christmas, Valentine’s Day etc. causes our orders to be backed up and we don’t get our orders for up to 2 weeks. We all want to continue this journey because we feel it is a good company but we feel you need to be more aware of how we feel. Watching the live meetings has not been beneficial because it seems there is just a lot of talking and no focus on the issues. I believe Lularoe’s business will continue to flourish but not if our customer’s are not buying and the company doesn’t listen to the problems. We need our orders to be in tune with the seasons. Please take our needs into consideration in the hope we all can prosper as your initial consultants have. Thank you for listening. Darlene

This is what I sent to my sponsor. We, by no means are not the only consultant who feels like this either. Maybe if they would listen to what customers and other consultants are saying, that would help. Customers want pretty solid shirts to match these gorgeous prints in skirts and leggings that they are making. They have beautiful colors, but no tops to match making it harder for us to put outfits together. So many consultants are upset with their boxes they are getting that have winter and fall prints in them. They show pictures of pretty spring and summer prints, you order and you get nothing. The customers and ex consultants are saying it’s over saturated. They keep on boarding to make their millions and forget already established girls. Have they even asked these consultants why they are leaving? I had a customer here buying some stuff a couple Saturdays ago. She said she loves lula and it makes her feel good about herself. But, she has noticed this past year how fabrics and the sewing is not as particular as it used to be. She said they seem to be too busy worrying about adding all these girls that it is hurting their product. I have heard this from quite a few people! So, yes I’m concerned and yes sales have not been good since they keep onboarding! I don’t care if it is limited amount of prints and it shouldn’t matter they say. It does matter. When they spread out all the clothes to thousands and thousands of girls, most customers are not going to spend all their money at your boutique because they find other prints else where. We have gotten prints recently that we got when we first onboarded – the plain Randy’s that are Heathered. Are they finding these shOved in a bin somewhere and decide to send them out? How can they still have them if they only make so many prints? It makes no sense! They show these beautiful maxi skirts that are printed on the bottom, so we get rid of our older ones to restock with fresh and we get thick heavy cotton ones, fall prints and none of the beautiful ones they show? So, who is getting these They need to put an end to onboarding and think about how they are hurting their already established consultants. And then when consultants leave, replace them. Yes, right now I am discouraged and I wanted to write them to let them know how a lot of consultants feel, why a lot of consultants have left and why they won’t listen to what our customers are asking for. All retailers have a cap. How hard would it be to let others know: I am so thrilled you want to join our company but at this time we are at maximum capacity. Please check back as new openings may become available. A lot of us feel you don’t care! You tell us you do but actions speak louder than words.

I do like your product..it could be on the border of a little expensive as you return policy is not very good and depends uopon the ‘consultant’, some will exchange if size doesn’t work and some won’t..my complaint however is your consultants sell their slow movers and their ‘unicorns’ on eBay..it astounds me that a $35 Irma or any other style top of lularoe’s is auctioned off or buy now at price gouging amounts I gave seen buy nows at $95 even up to $125..for an Irma. I think that is wrong..being in retail i am familiar pricing and know mark up percentages…sure some people don’t care and they are stupid enough to pay..I know I always have the option to go elsewhere for what I need and I do…works for me…but I want you to know and be aware that your customers are aware of the unethical practices of your consultants price gouging customers under the guise of the Lularoe brand name.

I’ve been searching & calling numerous consultants for SOLID BLACK TC leggings…no success!! None! I’ve bought 34 pairs in 3 months(I should own stock by now…lol) I am in desperate need of a Black TC Pair!! I have many friends that also want solid colors in TC. Help your customers out!!

I was in the same spot you were..I have all these leggings but no tops to wear..I did manage to drag some ancient tunic sweater tops out that worked ok as it was winter..I still couldn’t get tops to match or consultants to have a ‘live’ I could participate in..living in a rural area internet is not the best with all delay….so the next best thing was I went to eBay and amazon…bingo I found the tops and an array of colors and styles..at half the price…

Please! Please! Send more solid colors, ESPECIALLY BLACK TC leggings, to your consultants. I own 34 pairs (should have stock by now..lol) of LuLaRoes leggings. They’ve performed well fr me..no compliant in that department. But, I know of apprx 14friends that are frustrated, because, rarely is there solids. Please, listen to your customers, we are the ones, that have build your company! Thanks!

No complaints here. I’ve loved everything I bought. I would just like to ask for cat prints (I’m a a big cat lover). I was able to snag the tiger print (blue/orange). There was a lion print but someone beat me to it. Tigers, lions, domestic cats or paw prints would be awesome!! Thank you.

As a consumer of a lot of Lularoe products and a lot of money spent, I am so disappointed in the quality of some pairs of leggings. Out of 15 pair, 4 have holes in them after 1 wearing. I’m sure you won’t do anything about this, but I’m on the verge of wanting everyone to know. I know for a fact that your consultants are making a killing and then half of them have such a little window if any to return items and that is at my cost. Please let me know you’re listening and if there is any way to resolve this matter. I love the products, just not defective ones. Thanks.

I recently bought my first lularoe Irma. I received it last week only to put it on today to find the sleeve was not sewn, so it is hanging down. My problem is I have bought from different people so I’m not sure who to get ahold of. These are expensive so I don’t want to walk around with the hem of my sleeve hanging down.
