I went into your store today to brouse as usual and when making my purchase I used my gift card only to find that I had forgotten to use my 30.00 bonus cards that I had gotten for Christmas that expired 2-28. I was very upset and the cashier was extremely apologetic and suggested that I contacted your office to see if it could be replaced. It was definitely an oversight on my part because I have made several purchases since then. Please advise if there’s anything you can do. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Some time ago I corresponded with the person who is responsible for evaluating the startup of additional Lifeway Stores. Since our Family Christian store closed in 2015 and another small Christian bookstore closed last year, we are pining for another store.
I will be sending you hard copy with information of the amazing growth of The Villages here in central Florida. Although you have done evaluations of this area as a possible location, since that time growth has been amazing.
There are SO many churches here, and people who are hungering to have a Christian retail store available. I hope you will do another feasibility study on this area.

I’Mr. Anderson and I had a problem at one of your Life way stores in Houston and Mr. Johnathan was suppose to help us. He told us that that’s not the way we want to treat our customers. He asked how can he make us happy? I asked what he wanted to do? He said what do you want me to do to make you happy? I said you could change my Amplified Study Bible large print into one with bonded leather, or you could give me the New Living Translation Study Bible hard back. He said I can do that. I said OK and he told me when he’left be at the store and I said ok. Now before the store in Life way put nasal fluid or snot and the cover of my Bible so I didn’the want to leave it again behind the desk. Johnathan tried to give me in place of my Bible a regular Amplified Bible is team of the study one. Also Mr. Johnathan was talking very loud, his eyes was bucked, he got angry because I didn’the let him take my Bible in back of the counter. After what happened before I just didn’the want to go through that same thing again. So he changed how he what he agreed to, to make us happy. We drove 60 miles, to exchange a Bible that I could have changed at any of your stores and just the gift card that he promised my wife, but he didn’the keep his word with me in giving me a gift card or getting me thexplain New Living Translation Study Bible large print. I left there with only a gift card for my wife and that’s it. So Mr. Johnathan didn’the take care of the situation nor did he make us happy, nor was he diplomatic, nor Christian like in his demeanor. We are very disturbed and dissatisfied with the way he deceived us to get us to go way out there for an insult which we didn’the allow it to move us.

Eve went to your Willowbrook Lifeway store after hearing that you do price match. I call other Life way stores to see if you do price match, sales, and pastor discounts altogether. Each store assured me over the phone that they could, my wife heard it because I had it on speaker. But when I got the store a Hispanic female said she was a manager and she wasn’t. She was lying prejudice was going on and discrimination trying to prevent me from getting the Bible. I have call Life way corporate three times needing to speak persons in authority but to no avail. I would like to return your 75th Avenue Bell store I have been a very good customer a very strong Christian a follower and lover of Jesus Christ recently over a month ago there was a man stalking me he followed me into your store into a Starbucks to the point i made a police report he was in your store stalking me and giving me looks followed me I raised my voice to leave
leave me alone your manager turned it against me because I raised my voice asking this stalker to leave ask me to leave
Your manager called authorities to have me leave because I was upset raising my voice
there is a police report the city of Glendale he was found booked him charges for stalking who knows how many others
