I own and farm land in Minnesota Steele County, twnsh108N 21W the SW corner of the SW quarter of section 13. My neighbor to the south, took out my line fence on this 80 acre farm and moved the property line 25-30 North and planted a thick row of white ceder trees gotten from a government conservation program. What I need is your companies official description of our 30’x1065′ legal easement where my neighbor Mark Wilson planted the tree right on top of you easement that has official for decades. I had the County Survey the property line and found it to off by 30′. Please contact me at 507-390-XXXX. Also note that my field tile is plugged with his tree roots. Thanks
