GOOD AFTERNOON
I OBTAINED SERVICES FROM LEGAL SHIELD IN FLORIDA BUT I WAS TRANSFERRED TO CALIFORNIA.
I REQUIRED THE SERVICES OF A LAWYER IN CA. I CONTACTED LEGAL SHIELD. I WAS ONLY ABLE TO TALK TO THE LAWYER TWO DAYS AFTER BECOMING A MEMBER. SHE ASKED ME FOR THE PAPERS THAT WERE SENT BY EMAIL IMMEDIATELY. SHE ANSWERED THAT HE HAD ALREADY RECEIVED THEM 10 MINUTES AFTER THAT.
THE FIRST TIME WE SPOKE, SHE CALLED ME ON A TELEPHONE THAT WAS NOT PRIVATE. THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME SHE WAS CALLING ME BY TELEPHONE WITHOUT CALLER ID. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING TELEPHONE CALLS FROM SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY AND HEALTH INSURANCE. THEY HAVE BEEN MULTIPLES ON THE DAY THAT SAY SCAM LIKELY(PRIVATE NUMBER TOO). I ASKED LORENA FOR NOT PRIVATE CALLS ANYMORE FOR THE REASONS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
THEY HAVE BEEN REPEATED TIMES AND THE LAWYER SAYS THE CALL ENTERS TO THE MESSAGE BOX IMMEDIATELY. NORMALLY I RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE BEFORE, BUT MY PHONE DOES NOT RING. MY PHONE IS NEW, IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
I WENT IN DECEMBER FOR TWO WEEKS AND I SENT AN E-MAIL TO THE LAWYER WHO WAS GOING TO BE AWAY FOR TWO WEEKS. IT SEEMS SHE DIDN’T RECEIVE THE EMAIL OR DIDN’T READ IT AND CALLED ME 2 TIMES. I COULD NOT ANSWER HER BECAUSE I HAD A CHIP FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY IN MY COUNTRY.
I HAVE BEEN LIKE THIS FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY HELP; THUS,
MY MEMBERSHIP IS RUNNING.
WHEN I CALLED A CUSTOMER NAMED JENNY THIS MORNING, SHE ANSWERED ME IN A VERY BAD WAY. I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING OVER AND OVER. I WAS A LITTLE FRUSTRATED AND SHE TOOK IT LIKE I WAS YELLING AT HER AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. (BEFORE, I HAD ASKED HER TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO A SUPERVISOR. SHE INSISTED ON THE SAME THING I HAD ALREADY TRIED MANY TIMES, BUT, SHE PREFERRED TO HANG UP THE PHONE). THEN, I CALLED AGAIN AND I WAS BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH LORENA(CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY KIND). I ASKED FOR A CALL BETWEEN 2 TO 5 PM C A TIME. AT 2:22 PM, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT THE LAWYER WOULD BE CALLING SHORTLY, BUT MY PHONE DID NOT RING.
I HAVE BEEN IN THAT SAME SITUATION MANY TIMES. WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL THIS AFTERNOON, I FOUND A NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE; EMMANUEL ANSWERED THE PHONE. HIS RESPONSE WAS THAT I HAD TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION BY CALLING MY TELEPHONE COMPANY AND FINDING OUT THE NUMBER. BESIDES, I WANTED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM ON MY WAY. HOW I COULD? I RECEIVE MANY SCAMS LIKELY DURING THE DAY. SO, WHAT CALL I COULD KNOW TO ASK THE TELEPHONE COMPANY?
THAT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME IN FLORIDA. I HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE LAWYER, NOR ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN A DISASTER IN CA.
PLEASE, I NEED TO RESOLVE MY LEGAL PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OR, PLEASE, ASSIGN ME ANOTHER LAWYER, OR, REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP THAT THE LEGAL SHIELD CHARGED ME AGAIN THIS MONTH.
TIME HAS RUN WITHOUT HAVING BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE ANYTHING ABOUT MY SITUATION AND IT IS ALMOST TO EXPIRE.

To Whom it Concerns – which may be all of you,
I joined Legal Shield in either June or July of 2015 in anticipation of some legal matters I thought I would have to deal with. They never came to pass so I cancelled shortly thereafter. Thinking it was taken care of I never looked back to make sure my subscription had been closed. Since then I have moved several times, changed careers and turned 70. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company that would not only respond to my request to cancel but also close it after seeing that I never used these services. Today I found out that they have never closed my account and that I am 4, FOUR, years into paying for a membership I have NEVER used. OMG!!! I am retired, not working, barely getting by and this company didn’t have the heart to do their job. OMG!!!. Someone, please help me. If there was ever a time I needed to be reimbursed it is now. I am 70 and may need the help of a good attorney to help me arbitrate with this company. I need an atty to help me fight these attys. Anyone?
Legal Shield, you need to do the right thing here and not only FINALLY close me membership but you also need to reimburse me for 4 years of useless time paid to you for nothing at all. Do you have what it takes to right this wrong? Please tell me yes, you do. Elsa 310-291-XXXX.

I am a member in good standing. Today, I attempted to call the toll-free number for billing to discuss a billing question. Instead of being able to speak with a representative, I was subjected to 45 different commercials about things totally unrelated to Legalshield. I had understood Legalshield to be a professional organization; not a sideshow circus for selling trinkets. Three times I hung up and called back trying to talk to someone in billing, each with the same irritating result. IF this is a professional organization, please provide a way to carry on legitimate business without the nonsense. Create a separate line for the billing and/or the advertising, so people can get business issues taken care of, and get back to their work.

I signed up with legal shield but cancelled a few days later. Its been over a month and they keep saying im going to get my money but keep pushing it up further. This is theft by taking. I want my money now with no more delay.
Our referral attorney committed fraud upon the court in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which we have repeatedly doXXXXented to your staff who are supposed to resolve matters, but they have simply insisted that the referral attorney, Joseph Wells, says he did everything right; so there is nothing LegalShield can do. The staff has been authoritarian and unwilling to accept doXXXXented facts. This case entailed nothing more than Joseph Wells collecting our judgment, which he never collected one cent in seven months, lied to the court, and lied to us..

I rely like your nice touch of your voice on the voice mail for your company.
I have a great concern which needs to be handled with the uttmsot confidentiality and promptness. I, unfortunately signed up with Ernest Brow Jr, a known, convicted pedophile felon, and drug dealer whom I rented a house from his known prostitute, drug dealer sister Shaeron Cook, and felon, with her live in lover, Steven Lee Van Kirk, also a convicted felon pedophile on record registered.
At the time I signed up with Legal Shield and rented from them I was totally unaware of their covered up crimes, and continued drug dealing, black guerilla family (they told me and threatened me) nag member affiliation. I quickly reported this to the Chico PD which they have paid officer Eric (her longtime outside over) McManus and Butt County’s District corrupt attorney, in addition to their own ,allegedly, District attorney Mike Ramsey who has been covering up their crimes, which are their close personal friends of theirs, for over 25 years.
In 2003; Cook and her friends stole my ID, credit card, passports, bath certificates of my two (2) minor children and me and they have been using our ID’s and my credit cards with buying spree, enrolling in school online and others crimes which l have reported to FBI, and all 3 credit reporting bureaus.
Please reconsider my membership and open my account to be reinstated. I am a decent, honest, Christian person (see my LinkedIn) with a long career, and helping others. Please advise me accordingly? I need you for my protection, safety, health and wellbeing from the, and people like them who are lifelong drug addicts, gang members and criminals. I am innocent please reconsider my reinstatement of my membership.
