In 2010 Leap entered into an agreement with Sprint Nextel which allowed Leap to offer its products and services through Sprint’s 3G network.
In 2013 Leap announced plans to merge with AT&T. In 2014 the merger was approved by the Federal Communications Commission.
Today Leap Wireless, through its subsidiary Cricket Communications, provides wireless voice and data services to 5.3 million customers in 48 states and the District of Columbia.

My name is Justin Gruhn and I have a phone in my name through you. I don’t have access to it nor do I know who got it or has possession of it. That being said I want some info on this phone and history on it and for the time being I would like you to freeze that account and I would like to set up a time to call someone that I can ask some questions in regards to that account. Do not mess with anything financial on it or unfreeze my account until I speak with someone thanks.

We are about to walk away from Cricket after 5 years…because of their bait and switch scam…they display phones between $20 to $50, but when we try to purchase one we are laughed at and told “we don’t sell the cheap phones…only $100 and up” not everyone can afford to pay $100 for a phone…and this was after two separate Cricket reps tore up my phone…

Good morning.I am reaching out to you in regards to a phone I purchased last year from a cricket store.i t worked for approx two weeks.then I had to send it back to ZTE for service.well by the time I received phone back I had been given a phone and had it activated with a new Carrier.so after receiving the ZTE phone I never tested it to see if it was really repaired. Now the replacement phone is broken. and the supposed( repaired/ cricket ) phone I tried to activate has same issue as before sending for repair.Cricket refuses to help me.zte refuses to help me.i am stuck with a phone I paid over 170 dollars for and cannot use.well I can utilize wifi but no service.the phone rejects all sim cards and puk codes.i was a cricket customer for at least 7-10 years and I am not being treated as that.or fair.Is there anybody working for cricket that can right the wrong I have been handed.I have been going thru this nonsense for over a year.i did not damage the handset.nobody knows why the phone is behaving like this.I am out a lot of money.I am not rich.please help.

I also have a problem with my ZTE Altair 2 phone, the basic. I have called, gone to the local store, spoke with numerous customer service representatives, spoke with ZTE company and the local corporate office over the past two weeks and still my issue, not receiving emails, remains the same . Please let me know, is anyone, with a complaint, getting their problems resolved??????? Prior to the notice, that I had to turn in my cricket flip phone that I had for years, I did not have even one complaint about this company’s service !!!!

m in a similar situation. I purchased the galaxy s5 on cyber monday as advertised at $295.00 but was charged $678.66. I keep getting the run around and no resolution. All they say is a ticket us open and still pending. I was promised a 72 hr resolution and call back. That did not occur. Hold times are 20 to 30min. Get disconnected from various reps/supervisors. No call back. When ask for corporate number none is provided. They state their billing department does not take calls. Need someone that can assist. This has been the most frustrating and unbelievable experience.
