Kriser’s Natural Pet was founded by Brad Kriser in 1998. When a friend in Colorado showed Kriser the difference that a natural diet made to his 16-year-old dog, Kriser decided to open his own store and offer the same type of healthy eating to other pet owners.
Kriser opened his first store in Chicago, Illinois, in 2006. The company has now grown to 34 locations across 5 states. While many other pet stores are facing difficulties, Kriser’s Natural Pet continues to expand and grow, with a 5th store opening in the greater Houston, Texas area in late 2022.
The company offers grooming services, natural pet foods and treats of the highest quality, toys, leashes, and collars, along with creative training guides and training aids. Kriser’s offers only pet foods that are corn, wheat, soy, and by-product-free, non-irritating grooming products, along with other natural treats and pet supplies.
Kriser’s employs more than 200 people and had $10 million in revenue in 2014.
In March 2022, the company was named as one of the top 25 pet retailers in North America by Pet Magazine.
Kriser’s Natural Pet maintains a corporate office in Studio City, California.

THIS IS NOT CORRECT ! IT IS A GLASS COMPANY
Will not allow a 25% coupon “just4you” anywhere and today is the last day to use.
Are you a real company ? Our local Westlake Village has no signature dog food
and we cannot buy on line with the discount coupon.

Ordering from Kriser’s is brain damaging!
I have gotten the complete runaround regarding supplements missing from my last order.
I have been told it was split into 2 shipments even though there was not a trcking number for the second item, FedEx lost it and they were waiting to see if it ended up at my house eventually (I ordered because I need it now, not eventually), we are out of stock and I should have it in 7-12 days (in an email minutes after I was told on the phone that they were waiting to hear from me if I wanted them to ship a bottle because maybe I went to the store to buy one), etc.
I have asked for a supervisor to call me which never happened.
I have spent thousands of dollars on dog food, treats, supplements, toys, etc. from Kriser’s and I am disappointed at the poor customer service.
I understand mistakes happen but at least be honest.

I go to the Krisers on Roosevelt in Glen Ellyn, IL (right next to the Trader Joes) to get my rescue Jack Russell Terrier, Taffy, groomed.
The manager Julie, and the groomer Heather are absolutely terrific and very accommodating to my special needs rescue dog. My dog Taffy has a lot of issues and is reactive. She is a sweet dog but not good in high stressed visual situations, like seeing other dogs or having children bang on the window while she is being groomed. Apparently she’s had some bad things happen with other dogs …and kids banging on the open viewing window is obviously distracting both to the groomer and the dog.
Here’s my issue and its NOT Julie’s or Heathers fault–but rather the company policy. WHY DONT YOU HAVE BLINDS OR CURTAINS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS DOGS????? I have to come back AGAIN, because the grooming had to be cut short and I have to take her back again to get the job finished. I’m SO GLAD the groomer and manager said that we need to stop because they were keeping Taffy’s priority in mind and there were too many dogs she saw outside form the window and kids were banging the window. I applaud that Julie and Heather told me that Taffy was to upset and I needed to get her. And now I have to take time off work($$!) to go BACK AGAIN and get her grooming completed with fingers crossed that it goes smoothly.
For God’s sake corporate—I’M PAYING FOR THE GROOMERS TIME and both groomer and dog should accommodate whats best for the dog. DO YOUR JOB. GET BLINDS OR CURTAINS TO HELP YOUR REACTIVE CLIENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be calling you as well. This is not acceptable— and it is MY TIME and MY MONEY that I’m paying for during that one hour grooming. Do your job to help your workers do theirs!!!!!!!!! Common sense solutions.

Krisers has a Problem!
1. I took our two dogs to the Costa Mesa store for grooming at 2:00 PM on Wed April 24, 2019
2.I was not called to pick them up and went to the store at 6;30 PM
3. I found the dogs in the cage at the grooming station and no one was there.
4.I found my leashes and retrieved both dogs from the cage
5.I talked to a clerk who said she was new when I said I was not called for the pickup.
6 When I went to the front desk to pay the clerk there said we did call and left a voice mail.
7.She mentioned number that was not mine.
8 I looked at the scribbled card and the name may have been Farkas not Fraser who is me.
9. I paid the bill which was $120 and did not tip.
10. I probably should have not paid the bill but tipped as the groomer seems to be competent but the store staff is not
11. Our dogs are on a 17-year-old 8-pound Maltese with bad legs. The other is a poodle mix about 23 pounds
12. I would think if I had not gone to the store those dogs would have been left there all night.
13. I have been a customer before June 26, 2016.
14. Since then I have spent over $4,760 at that store for grooming services
15. I cannot imagine how you treat your other customers.
16. I want written response about what your corrective action is.
17. What, if any compensation you think is reasonable if I continue to use your groomer services.
