My complaint is that I bought a beautiful living room set last year, it wasn’t cheap at all. I got the platinum protection coverage, I had visitors at my place, I notice blue jean color on one couch and a stain on the other one, they sent a technician to come out and look at my furniture and they are refusing to cover the damage, I have called and spoke with several people. I was told twice by two of the staff I was covered by my plan. I am very upset and annoyed how I bought the protection plan and they are finding reasons not to cover my couch. My plan do cover everything .

I went into the Kloss store in ofallon Il yesterday just to browse because we got coupons in the mail. As soon as I walked in one of the saleswomen stereotyped me because I was young and acted like I couldnt afford anything or didnt have any credit. I then purchased a $5000 massage chair. Another saleswoman told me the warranty was 5 years with an additional 5 years for $299 which I also purchased which was a deciding factor on me buying it completely. I got to my house and received a call and the lady said she read it wrong it was 2 years with an additional 3 years for $299. I was extremely upset about that. I then recieved another call saying the chair I purchased was discontinued and I could only get the floor model which had been there for more then 7 months. I came in to talk to the manager and she didnt care whatsoever about my situation. She didnt care that they made mistakes. She kept calling me “dude”. She tried to sell me the floor model for 2700$ which is what anybody at any store could get it for. I asked for her bosses number or a corporate number and she said “everyone already knows everything theres nothing else to talk about.” She wouldn’t give me any other numbers. I went from buying a $5000 massage chair to never stepping foot in a kloss furniture store again. That manager needs to be reprimanded for this. She had no care for customer service whatsoever. I hope someone higher up then her sees this because my first experience in this store was enough to never go back.
