I have never ordered from keds.com before but have several pairs I have bought locally, had good luck with them, have had some for 7-8 yrs, I don’t wear them weekly. My issue is I ordered a pr 7-17-21 from your website. I received an email they had shipped and will arrive 7-22-21 at end of day, they didn’t. I used the chat option, it was not useful. Received another email saying they would arrive 7-23-21 end of day, they haven’t arrived. I sent a message again via chat and now they are saying they will arrive 7-29-21. I needed them for vacation and won’t be here on time. Had I known they wouldn’t arrive for 12 days I wouldn’t have purchased them.
Had I known they were coming FedEx
I wouldn’t have ordered them. They have the worse customer service of all shipping companies. Lesson learned.
Won’t use the Keds official site again.
My leather Keds were bought in October 2019. The leather is cheap and breaking down already. I usually get a couple of years with no problems.
I was really surprised at the lack of quality.

I will never buy keds again. I purchased a pair of slip-on striped gym shoes. I attempted to wash them. Ended up with yellows stains . I have tried everything to get rid of he yellow stains. Nothing has worked. Your shoes are not cheap and now I will not wear yellow stained keds.
What is your thoughts. Let’s see if keds corporate will reply.

IN APRIL OF 2017 I PURCHASED WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE THE PERFECT PAIR OF SHOES THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR – LIGHTWEIGHT SNEAKERS MADE WITH LEATHER. I LIVE IN NORTHERN MICHIGAN AND WORE THEM ONLY OCCASIONALLY IN THE SUMMER – TWICE A WEEK AT THE MOST. IN OCTOBER I ATTNDED A SOCCDER GAME AND IT WAS RAINING QUITE HARD. MY LEFT FOOT GOT WET FROM THE RAIN SPLASHING BUT MY RIGHT FOOT WAS SOAKED. THE WEATHER WAS QUITE COLD AS IT IS IN MICHIGAN THAT TIME OF YEAR SO MY RIGHT FOOT WAS REALLY COLD – THE LEFT NOT SO MUCH. I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND HADN’T TAKEN A SECOND SET OF SHOES SO I DRIED THE KEDS OUT THE BEST I COULD UNTIL I NEEDED THEM THE NEXT DAY. THE WEATHER WAS NO DIFFERENT AND I WAS FORCED TO WEAR THE SAME SHOES. AFTER THE GAME I LOOKED AT THE RIGHT FOOT AND THE PLASTIC ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHOE HAD SEPARATED FROM THE LEATHER. I HAVE TRIED TO GLUE IT BUT WITH NO LUCK. UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN’T SAVE THE RECEIPT AS I THOUGHT I WOULD BE A LE TO USE THEM MORE THAN SIX MONTHS. I HAVE NOT GIVEN YOUR SITE A REVIEW BUT I WOULD LIKE YOU TO KNOW THAT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SHOES. THEY ARE THE MODEL WH45750M D16-61465 SIZE 8.5. I HOPE OTHERS HAVE HAD BETTER LUCK WITH THEM THAN I HAVE . I REALLY LIKE THE FEEL OF THEM BUT DO NOGT KNOW IF I WOUD EVER PURCHASE ANOTHE PAIR OF KEDS AGAIN.
