Kabbage is terrible. I have had the worst experience with them. They screwed up my application for PPP and now I can’t apply anywhere else. They will not get back to me. It’s been three weeks.
I have been trying to access my dashboard for 4 weeks? My dashboard screen says that my PPP loan has been denied because it says I am not a US Citizen?? I have provided color copies of US Passport, Social Security Card, and North Carolina Drivers License to provide ample proof of US Citizenship! I have had Kabbage send 2 small deposits to my bank account and received an email instructing me to verify said amounts. This should be the final step in loan approval, however because my account continues to say I am not a US Citizen, which is not the case at all! I have spoken to 4 different cust. service rep. at Kabbage regarding the issue, thus far, I am still stuck in Limbo!!
We are desperate to finalize the PPP loan process as I am self employed, my wife has been very sick for 18 months, and we have a 10 year old son with sever autism! We desperately need the PPP loan As Soon As Possible!

I’m dealing with the same thing…I was approved but it stopped working in the middle of signing my loan documents. No one ever answers their phone and the emails sent are generic…and not specific to my problem. This is the WORST company EVER ❗
I was approved through kabbage for the PPP loan. Unfortunately, the system error’d out when I tried to validate by ID and sign the loan docs. Now it won’t let me and I can’t get any help. I’ve called the 800 and 888 at least 100 times and I’ve emailed 3 different email addresses. I got a email response but he told me he couldn’t help and referred me back to the 888 number. I’ve even tried to connect through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. It’s been 5 weeks of chaos and horrible mental stress. I just want to sign the loan docs and get funded but I can’t get help. To top if off, I get daily emails from kabbage reminding me to sign my loan docs or else my approval will be rescinded. I have 3 days and can’t get help!

My online access to kabbage is blocked. I got a replacement password but it says the account is blocked and i should call and talk to someone. But – there is no phone number to call. All the numbers that are available for PPP dont even mention how to set password plus not even able to access anyone at all. even tried 8 am to be first in line.
Have sent numerous emails and takes for ever to get a response. I am on west cost and always seems like responses are only from 11am to 1pm Pacific time
and then no responses back for at least another day or more during the week 🙁
Sad maybe just that busy but customer service and response times are lacking.
Hopefully they will get BETTER 🙂
Your companies customer service is horrible. I’ve called in about the same issue for several months. Today 12/2/2016 I talked with a lady who literally tried to belittle me and then once she started listening to me and actually looking through previous notes she says “ohh now I see what your saying” I am sick and tired of being talked to disrespectfully from representatives of this company.
