In late 2017, the company introduced giant 16-inch sandwiches, some of which contain more than 2,100 calories!
Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches is listed as #4 on the Entrepreneur list of Fastest Growing Franchises in America. The company has been offering franchises since 1993 and has third-party sources which cover franchise fees, start-up costs, inventory and equipment.

There is a worker posting sexual explicit photos on Instagram of herself in the bathrooms with the uniform on. And I feel absolutely disgusted even eating their if your workers think that posing naked in your bathrooms is okay?

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your company. Particularly store 258 in saint Louis park MN. I have ordered from this store multiple times and each time it has taken 20-30 minutes or more to deliver. I called the store manager and each time they’ve given me the same response as if it is a rehearsed response, “I’m sorry we only have one driver at the time”. When I asked about the freaky fast delivery they said it only applies to when you order within store which is not clear on any advertisements. Each time I order from this particular store I grow more and more dissatisfied with jimmy johns as a brand. The fact that the store manager is unapologetic each time makes it worse.

Another issue we noticed with the subs is they dig out the bread inside the bread and also cut off the ends of a regular sub……then they fill it with very little meat….a ton of lettuce and when you get it, the sub is perfectly flat ……because there is no bread left in it or on the end and hardly no meat! Jersey Mike’s…here we come….Subway even makes a much “fatter” sub!
sandy brown says
When a customer orders a sub or two and tell them it is to go…….why do they hand you the subs and then I have to remind them it is to go…..and they say “the bags and napkins are right there”.\? My husband couldn’t believe it when he saw me bagging my own subs. This has happened at two different stores.
Is the staff that lazy that they can’t put them in a bag for the customer?

Love your sandwiches. But every JJ I have ever gone to plays the most loud obnoxious music. When I go out to eat I don’t want the music so loud you can’t hear the person sitting on the other side of the table. Please give everyone’s ears a break turn down the volume. Thank You Bob

Good news and bad news.
Today was the first time I ever walked into a Jimmy John’s. I have to admit it was one of the best sub sandwiches I’ve ever tasted !!!!
However there is one problem that I discussed with the “manager“.
The music in the store was very loud.
And the music was far from “mainstream”.
I suggested that he go to Spotify and search out retail establishment music.
He told me that “Jimmy“ has about 8000 restaurants.
He told me that Jimmy would not want to talk to me directly and gave me the “default standard reply“ of “it’s our policy and it won’t change”
I told him that I was 65 and pretty darn knowledgeable about music.I told him that people come in to eat and talk to their friends. And the music was just too loud to have a normal conversation with the person next to you.
Retail business music should be “only background music“.
In fact, the music format should not include “vocals”.
So……I’m on a mission.
I will contact The corporate office by phone,

My family and I have eaten at Jimmy John’s for years. The unwich is amazing, and since it is gluten free you are the only sub place that I can eat at. That being said: The store we frequent is at 478 E. Rt. 173 in Antioch, IL. I can no longer eat there. Why? The DISABILITY PARKING SPOT IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES! They put a table and chairs right where the person is supposed to walk or wheel themselves into the store. I have spoken to 2 different “managers” about this, the first one rolled her eyes and the second one said he didn’t realize there was a problem and that many people use those tables and chairs! REALLY! I really want a response!

I do not like liars. I went to Jimmy John’s in Plymouth, IN, yesterday. Besides my sandwich I asked for water. I was charged $1.79 plus tax for a bottle of water. I said I did not want a bottle of water I just wanted tap water. The worker told me they didn’t have water. I said he had to be kidding, they didn’t have water as part of the water machine? He was stuck then and had to admit they had water but then told me they didn’t have any cups. I pointed at a stack of cups to which he replied those weren’t water cups. I asked, if I couldn’t just have one of those for some water. He says sure and charges me 25 cents. Again I said you have to be kidding. Another worker comes up and picks up small cups which were sitting right there in front of the first employee and she says these are the cups for free water. These small cups were there the entire time this guy was giving me the runaround about getting a small cup of free water. Then to cap it all off he says thank you and turns away and I end having to pay the 25 cents and had to stop him to ask for my $1.92 back for the bottle of water When I asked what all the lying was about he had to guts to tell me he was confused. Oh please! This whole time there were nothing but teenagers running the store, not an older person in sight.

I called Jimmy Johns at 11:17am, and wanted a delivery, I was told it would be 45 minute wait(freaky fast huh) I said ok and did not get my food until 1:05pm well past the 45 minutes more like 2 hours. I kept calling the store to talk to the manager and he would never get on the phone.

Ok I really like Jimmy Johns subs, this one has messed up several times. that’s ok they made it right. This time hardly any meat and no lettuce, call up there and spoke to a Shemata and she informed me that’s the right meat, I’m like um no its not anyways ill be up there. after she was telling me whats up and checking me about my tone of voice which if SHE STOPPED TALKING I could have communicated better. Go there just want my money back I’m tired of the Jimmy Johns ppl acting like they somebody!!! be quite and listen to your customer!!! Long story short a customer who works in the strip mall is saying he needs more meat and they put it on his sandwich!!! they didn’t tell me that!!! would have solved my problem!! if they acted like my business mattered!! So guess what Jimmy Johns on Crawfordville rd store 1610 no more business from us(3 girls in office).

I have changed my mind about eating Jijmmy Johns sandwiches after seeing your ad on TV, It showed your production line making up the sandwiches–putting the meat, lettuce, tomato, etc. on the bread and wrapping it to give to someone to teat. However, none of the workers wore plastic gloves. This is very unsanitary and I would hesitate to eat a Jimmy Johns again We will have to find another place to get our subs I guess..

A NEW JIMMY JOHN’S OPENED IN OSAGE BEACH MISSOURI, SO WE TRIED IT. WHAT A JOKE!!!! FIRST THEY TEAR OUT ALL THE INSIDE BREAD OUT OF THE BUN. SMALL AMOUNT OF MEAT, CHEESE LETTUCE AND TOMATO. THEN THEY SMASH IT DOWN TO NOTHING, FOR 2 IT WAS $15.50 . WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTED , WE WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF OUR MONEY, SUBWAY WILL GET OUR BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. AT LEASE THERE YOU GET YOUR MONEY’S WORTH. HATE TO TELL YOU SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

WHY IS IT THAT JIMMY JOHN’S FALSE ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE THE FASTEST DELIVERY, WHEN THEY DONT. I ASKED AT MY LOCAL JIMMY JOHNS ABOUT GETTING SUBS DELIVERED TO MY HOME, AND WAS TOLD THEY CANT DELIVER TO MY HOME. I SA YOUR COMMERCIALS SAY, YOU HAVE FAST DELIVERY. THE RESPONSE WAS…BECAUSE WE ONLY DELIVER WITHIN 1 MILE OF THE STORE. THIS IS HOW THEY GIVE FAST DELIVERY SERVICE. BUT THE ONLY PEOPLE GETING ANY DELIVERY SERVICE TO THE, ARE ONLY WITHIN 1 MILE OF THE STORE. EVERYONE ELSE IS OUT OF LUCK. PLUS THAT IS…” FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. ” SINCE IN THEIR COMMERCIALS THEY DONT SAY, THEY ONLY DELIVER WITIN 1 MILE OF THE STORE. THIS IS VERY, VERY WRONG.

My first visit to Jimmy Johns. I ordered 5 sandwiches for a total of $50.86. I ordered the following:
# 2 and had to pay extra for cheese, $0.75
#9 no lettuce or tomatoes, got lettuce and tomatoes
JJ Gargantuan no tomatoes, got tomatoes
# 1 sandwich was ok
#11 no mayo Add bacon, got may and the bacon wasn’t even warmed up
You advertise Medium Rare Roast Beast, what I got was not Medium rare and had a green and blue tinge to it.
I took two bites out of my #2 and had to throw it out.
Both my sons got the runs.
Your meat is all pre cut and not fresh.
I will stick with Jersey Mike’s at least you can see the meat and how they make it and they cut it fresh off the slab right in front of you.. You don’t pay x’tra for cheese. For cryin out loud you don’t even have pickles. If you want a pickle, you have to buy a whole one and cut it up yourself. I would appreciate having my money refunded to me and Jimmy John’s and I can part company as I will never step into one of your shops again.
Please send my check in the amount if $50.86 to

May 11 someone at the Lakewood OH location fraudulently changed my debit card total. My delivery total was $15.50. I gave driver a $4 cash tip. Someone added another tip on my debit card. On May 16th, manager Ryan said it woulf be fixed. As of May 24th it hasn’t. Who else are they cheating and stealing from?

Your Company does not make any sense regarding your delivery boundaries! I live within 3miles of 2 locations and neither one delivers to my address! Saint John delivers 4 blocks west of me ,but not in my direction! The pizza place that is next to your Saint John locations and delivers here and they deliver hot food. They have a tracker online that shows when they leave their location and the driver is literally here within 4minutes. So disappointing , and angers me at the same time, Won’t be patronizing Jimmy Johns ever again !
