I am VERY frustrated with Jane.com. I have been a very good customer for a long time and never had any trouble until now. I purchased an item from Piper + Co through the Jane site 3 weeks ago and still do not have it. The order history shows it was delivered to USPS on December 1 but it is now December 15 and there is no acceptance yet of the package and certainly no delivery. The seller refuses to respond to me. And now Jane is not returning any my emails. The phone number listed for them is not correct. I will never use this site again.

Until today I have had no problem and service was fantastic. I’m frustrated right now. Today I received some beautiful women’s booties. Unfortunately I need 1/2 size bigger. I ordered some brown booties in a size 7. I need to return and Exchange for a size 7.5. I cannot get to the section to find the seller section to contact. The phone number I called I left a voice mail, but I don’t think it was the right number. The box says JC on it. The style is Ozzi. Brown and I need a size 7.5. I’m very disappointed with your customer service and support. Nothing works… contact us on webpage goes nowhere… phone number for corporate is constantly busy no one picks up….and even to email you is a mission. I have been a customer for many years now. I did not get my shipment with yoga pants #16400298. When I previously contacted you you sent me in a mission to get it from my local postal service. THey don’t have the pants. I would appreciate either he pants to really be delivered to me or my money refunded. If this matter isn’t cleared up quickly I will reconsider ever shopping on line with you again. Order # 16311242. Help! I got the wrong order!
I’ve contacted the seller, and I’ve also contacted Jane.com support. Still no reply. I’ve ordered through Jane.com before and was satisfied with 5th e customer care. This was around Christmas. Somehow since then the Jane.com customer support website has changed the way we can communicate with them because now it’s totally different…not by email anymore. It’s through submitting a request and it won’t allow you to keep a copy of the letter I sent. Jane. Com has made it more difficult to communicate with them and the number to both, Jane and the seller aren’t working. I’m very dissapointed.

Hi there. My name is Marie and I placed an order through Jane.com with your company, Think Pink Bowtique. I just received my order and it is wrong. I ordered the brown/coral/aqua romper and instead I received an aqua romper with the bow completely undone. And upon just glancing at it, the romper doesn’t look like it runs smaller than the size I need. I tried contacting you from the Jane website but I could no longer find you. I messaged the website about this mix-up, but I was able to find your website with a quick search. I tried using the phone number on your website for customer care but it’s not a working number. I’m not feeling confident about getting the issue resolved. I hope I am wrong because your door has beautiful things for sale and I was really looking forward to doing future business with your company. You can’t highly recommended by a friend who’s ordered from you guys before so I took a chance. I’m a little disappointed that my order didn’t come the way I was expecting. I’m hopeful that you can please help me. I am sending a picture with my original order and a picture of what I just received. Please help me get this resolved. This is a gift and I specifically need the original colors that I ordered, but by the looks of it I need a bigger size. 18month-2t.

Haven’t received order that was placed on February 9, 2017 and said to ship February 15, 2017, it is now March 1, 2017. The seller is not responding to my emails and I’m having trouble contacting your customer service. I would like my money back. Seller is Country Couture Company, order#15975245. My cell is 256-541-XXXXX. This issue needs to be resolved soon. I hope to hear from you guys in the next couple of days. Otherwise will contact the Better Business Bureau and give a poor review.
