Ingo.money Company, have alot of bugs to work out with their app and their customer service agents, who don’t have knowledgeable infomation of the company INGO.money that the customer service agents work for. INGO.Money provides poor service…sad, but true….the app is worse?

This check was received and misplaced.. I found it yesterday and would like to know
how to get it replaced..I called the agent in December and he said it would be hard to
get another.. I am sure a stop payment, etc has been put on this check.. I know the
law says insurance funds must be sent or turned over to the State of Texas..
That has not been done, so you should issue a new check and any interest due..
Your agent has been a problem all along.. he never called me back to report what
you said.. so I don’t believe he ever contacted you..
My husband is in the nursing home and I would like to get the replacement check
