Good morning,
I’ve been waiting on my repair tech at Starbucks. No answer. I call your phone line which opened an hour ago, and no one is answering, I call the local stores… no answer. Email… no answer. Finally the repair guy calls back and doesn’t even know who I am or that I’ve been waiting. I just got off of a 16 hour shift, and I’m not in the mood for this. It isn’t right to have your customers waiting around for no one to come. I could have used my free time to use another companies services.

I was considering becoming an I tech. The representative I spoke with viewed my questions as feedback and did not answer any of my questions, thus creating my feedback, which was his inability to answer any of my questions. If I were prospecting new techs I would at least want to be able to answer at least one of the questions or I would not be doing the job. When opportunity presents itself there usually is some kind of benefit. He could not even tell me if I would be competing with other I techs in the same territory or if you even have a territory. Those questions should not be that difficult to answer.
