I have completed application with adviser but there is not correct info she is getting from assistant as you already did two hard credit pulls on my equifax and experian sith scores over 620 (see record).
now after hurricane Ian hit us here I had a call from Rachelle to do another credit check I said you only have one to do left that is the experian. Now her manager closed my case without averaging credit scores and circumstances under hurricane preparations (she called the day the hurricane was to land) my score may be smaller on experian. I have spent two months with this and please help me I know you are a good guy I like your kindness done with non profits as was Mr Campion.

This email is meant for the CEO. I have an investment in my home with your company. I had an insurance claim that required a signiture from your firm. The check is for nearly 15 thousand dollars. My roof is leaking and I need to make repairs. I was told that the check would be signed and mailed right away. Now I’ve waited over a week. I was told it would be overnighted back to me and I would receive a tracking number. Yet nothing! When I try to call I get forwarded to voice mail and after trying more than 30 times to call now it conveniently is busy.
