High Tide Harry’s was founded in 1995 by Mike Heretick. The restaurant serves typical seafood platters and specials, such as Maryland crab cakes in a causual dining atmosphere. The restuarnt is a no frill experience but has unique twists that make it fun for many people, including serving drinks in a “fishbowl” type of glass. Although the company offers an “all you can eat” seafood bar or replacement meals, they have posted on their website that this is limited to 7 platefuls per person.
High Tide Harry’s does not offer delivery service but does have a take-out menu. The company was located at the corner of North Semoran Boulevard and Colonial Drive for 15 years, but moved closer to the airport in 2010. Heretick has stated that while remodeling costs were more than $250,000, he feels it was a worthwhile investment as business has increased substantially.

Good afternoon
My husband and I was in your restaurant today November 10, 2017 for the first time, because some friends of ours told us they love the food so we decided to try it out . I ordered for my appetizer blue crab soup it was good but after a few scoops I noticed there was a hair in my soup,I called Tiffany my waitress over, and she took the soup back and apologized for it being there. Then our entree came out, and we started eating my coconut shrimp and a side of sweet potato fries And everything tasted really good, especially the fries so I’ Asked for another order of sweet potato fries after a few bites to my surprise another hair in the fries then I had to call Tiffany over to remove it from the table again she apologize again and told us she’s very sorry. The service was great but no supervisor or manager came to the table and words could not explain how we felt. First impressions are lasting and my husband has been serving at Disney for 12yrs and in the business for much more has never experienced something of that magnitude and nothing done about it to satisfy the guest PERIOD..When we receive the bill at the end of the Meal the only thing that was taken off the check was the items that had hair in it I don’t think that’s Fair.I think they should have done more to apologize and make my husband and I as guests want to come back.
