Going to keep this simple. Placed an order for $315.00, Hayneedle corporate cancelled order 9 days later. Here were the different excuses after several calls.
1. It’s Walmarts fault u need to call them
2. System malfunction.
3. Order would not be made in time
4. Item was out of stock
5. Finally was told the truth, they made a mistake with their price. Item is now listed at $430.00. TKO Olympic Plate Tree with Bar Holders. Needless to say not ordering anything on this venders website again, totally unreliable and a wast of time and don’t want to be accountable for their mistakes.

Last year I tried to place an order on line and waited on hold for nearly 2 hours. I followed up the next day with customer service and it took another day until someone called me back to discuss this issue. This is horrible customer service and I swore that I would never order anything from Hayneedle. Well, don’t you know, I found something that I wanted to order for someone and the same darned thing happened again … a YEAR later. I called to speak with someone and I went to voicemail. If this company doesn’t start to value its customers it won’t be long until Hayneedle is no more. Like I said, I left a message with my name and phone number and have not received a return phone call. Oh yes, and they are an hour behind me, so they even had more time to do the right thing.

Ordered a ceiling fan for a client based on the fact that Hayneedle supposedly had it ready to ship to me by June 27th. Which would have been great since the house was done and ready for a 4th of July party. But no fan, boy did I look dumb. I received an email the day it should have arrived (6/27) to me saying it’s now backordered, with a new delivery date of July 12th. Low and behold on July 11th I get an email saying it’s backordered again.(why would I get a second delivery date until they new it would be available) now I look dumb to the client once again. While talking to customer service and receiving a new delivery date of July 20th, I simultaneous look the fan up on hayneedle and it shows it can be delivered to me by July 19th if ordered today. How is that possible, why isn’t the product backordered..seems almost fraudulent, certainly negligent and misleading.Would love to hear back from someone in the corporate office regarding this situation. I spoke with highest level manager I could through customer service and seemingly nobody I spoke with along the way cared much at all, offering an apology, which is nice but dissent help anything at all.

I returned back the damage pub table which I bought from hayneedle. Also hayneedle have received it. I did not get any email stating they have received, when I call them they said they will refund back the money and will send the email for same. But I got the email stating to return the product which I have already done. Very bad service by hayneedle. Please do the needful regarding this.
