I recently just got fired from the Guthrie’s on Pepperell parkway, and I have no idea why. The GM there is very unprofessional. I came to work everyday, I put out hot fresh food everyday, I always worked more than 6 days straight, I never walked out, never did anything wrong or said anything wrong. So I don’t understand. No employee worked more or even harder than me. Every employee there are on their phones, don’t do things the “Guthrie’s way”, one has walked out on a shift leader, most of them are late everyday, but all these employees are still there. I really need this handled or I’m suing for discrimination. Cause I am a boyish gay female. Thank you.
Correction: Pepperell parkway in Opelika AL. And also, I got fired through a text message and had no knowledge of this before hand. And right after the GM sent the text, she blocked me. I have proof and witnesses to all this! Very unprofessional of her.
Stopped into the Mineola Pike location on a Friday 4/15, after receiving order young woman working drive-through did not return debit card. Called location next day at 440pm was informed location was closing at 5pm and I could pick up my card Monday. No one willing to stay for a bit so I could pick up my card and have it for the weekend. Because the card was in the posession of someone I don’t know for an extended period i’m going to have to canel my card and have a new one issued.
The food wasn’t fully cooked we had to finish cooking it at home then they charged us for condiments which is a rip off so ill never be going back and will tell everyone I know not to go there to eat

Huge fan of Guthrie’s but the service at the Shug Jordan Parkway store is absolutely horrible. The kids who work there are rude and one girl is wearing long nails, which is an OSHA violation. I had to go inside after leaving the drive-through to get the drinks i ordered and when i got home there were NO FRIES IN MY COMBO. This is ridiculous and I want to be compensated for missing fries and rude employees.
