Rocklin area. Will never go there again. The teller Kaitlyn and Manager Serena made me feel so embarrassed and they spoke to me in a condescending manner in front of other customers. I was purchasing a tree and the amount on the tag had shown a different price then what was marked on there sign. I showed Serena the manager the sign and the trees that both had the same names and the gentleman that worked there said they were on sale and verified the tree but the manager would not honor the amount that was shown. I would have let this go but it was very embarrassing and humiliating. This is the first time I felt racism. I have purchased many plants, shrubs and trees but I will never step in there again.

Hello,
Several months ago I sent a complaint about the awful smell of your ads. Well I am so PLEASED to say that I have since received 2 & the smell is gone. Thank you very much. Now I can shop instead of throwing them away.
I love your nursery & have to say I’m very impressed with the positive action you took!
Have a wonderful summer,
Lisa
