This is the worst site I have ever had to deal with about orders. The phone number rings and says dial 1 for customer service, 2 for shipping, press 3 for our New York office and I have tried every single option on the phone directional prompts and I need to cancel an order as I have been getting an allergic reaction to these products. Please help me out with solving this issue.
I am sooooo frustrated with this company! I have called and called and the phone keeps hanging up on me no matter which option I push because everyone’s messages are full, nobody will respond to the numerous emails I have sent, nobody on the chat is any help but there sure is someone there to take my money when I placed an order in Jan 5 2024. I STILL have no received my products and I have yet to be able to speak with anyone on why I have paid but not received. If someone doesn’t contact me back ASAP I will Never do business with this company again!
