I am done with Fresh Direct, over the years I have put up with their sporadic service but his is the last straw. I am a bartending staffing service and I have used Fresh Direct for a couple of years now with up and down results. Last week I had two huge clients with over $1000 orders on the same day. One was fine but the other was mysteriously canceled without my knowledge and obviously the client was not pleased. I managed to save my clients event by using venmo to have my bartender purchase product and running from the other event to try to help/ The client asked me to refund the $1300 they paid me and Fresh Direct has only offered me a $500 credit and 15% off my next order! I have spent about $7000 in the last year with them! STAY AWAY FROM FRESH DIRECT! THEY ARE DRUNK WITH POWER! SO ARROGANT!

Placed an order on Friday. Delivery scheduled for Sun 8-10. Three hours after 10, nothing. First told it would be 15 minutes after schedule time, then told that no way to know when. No call no email, nothing.

I had ordered for 6-8am morning delivery.
Well, the delivery didn’t show up, I had a get together planned, my cook was there at 7 am , she went back without any job done cause she had nothing to cook with.
the get together was spoiled due to all this.
I made several calls to their customer service , every time they kept telling me : THEY DON”T KNOW ” where my order is.
Their supervisor was supposed to call me but he didn’t bother to and on the 4th call , the customer support person hung up on me saying HE DOESN”T KNOW, seems like its their fav moto.
I am switching to another grocery delivery services

I want to say your EBT Program is very misleading and your customer service is no help with explaining about the program. I will no longer shop with your company.

I am told that I should take out a “patent” on my rice. It’s extremely popular and I know it will sell. I think FreshDirect can make a lot of money with this rice. Can I bring you a sample and maybe we can talk business?
thanks for your time.
