A friend of mine currently works for Fiserv in King of Prussia, PA and has been for over 10 years and is disgusted with the fact that she has to work with a man who has a drug and alcohol problem that is joked about on a daily basis. She has seen scabs up and down his arms and on his face that never go away and says he smells of alcohol every day but won’t say anything for fear of losing her job since this man has been there for 20+ years. Maybe someone will take notice now.

I’m a USAA customer and make my bill payments using their web bill pay. The checks are reportedly sent out by FISERV. This system has worked without problem for over 10 years.
However, in the past 4 months I have had four payments arrive late. The companies are charging me late fees. Out of 8 payments made in the past 4 months, 4 of them failed to arrive on time. In each case, the payment was scheduled about 2 weeks before the due date, and yet the payments arrived late. I have had to make more than 30 phone calls trying to straighten out this (repeating) mess.
