My husband pawned out ps3, 2 controllers for it and call of duty game. when we picked it up they gave us rock band one xbox controller and one wired ps3 controller. (ours was wireless and both ps3) Since we didn’t have the original ticket on us we had to go by what they said was on the ticket. And then she tried to say that there were no controllers or games on the ticket. After finding the original ticket to reference I am going to BBB. I plan on letting everyone know what kind of service you get in Colorado springs and what kind of employees they have.

I have a complaint about first cash pawn in robstown, tx. I myself went to pawn a portable car heater. As I took my item in the so called mgr (linda) was extremely rude and acted as if she did not to want to have anything to do with me or my transaction. Had the transaction took place it would have been a loan of $5.00. She claimed that my item was not working properly and really did not take intrest in helping me. My wife walks in during this time and explain to her how the heater works and even showed her that it did work properly. At the time the mgr tells myself that she wouldn’t be interested in my item and was not willing to help me at all. I was upset and started to leave and mumbled under my breath how this place was no good nor the staff. At wich place this is not my first time being treated unfairly along with several other people that make it point to travel to the next nearest first cash wich is in Calallen or Courpus Christi due to the fact that know one cares to be treated unfairly by mgmt. or staff at the robstown location. Furthermore as I’m leaving the store I was informed that I was not to ever come in to ANY First cash pawn store again. Mind you that I have done business with your store all around the coastal bend with many items still in pawn and now not able to retrieve because of this incident. If you could please respond to my e-mail and let me know how we can please resolve issue I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to continue to do more business in the future with the store and do not want this experience to end my coming to your stores because of the actions of this one un-professional mgr but I would like to km
now how do we resolve this on going problem. thank you for listening

While back in March 2016 my husband asked for a loan on our HP computer at store #343 and they offered him about 260 dollars give or take. For complicated reasons up to today we haven’t been able to get it out. After paying $20 dollars every two weeks to extend we finally lost it on 10/15/16. Due to the fact that my husband is 12 hours away working and the original ticket was misplaced Mike the “manager” couldn’t sell it to me for the discount he was offering my husband over the phone. I understood due to that matter I had to purchase computer and place it on layaway for the price they were offering me. When I asked to see the computer to make sure there wasn’t any damage to it I find the corner of the screen chipped and after asking manager if he could bring down price he rudely says, ” NO, BECAUSE FACT OF THE MATTER IS IM ALREADY LOSING TOO MUCH MONEY ON IT.” After having a long conversation with him discussing prices and discounts on it due to price being ridiculously high ($535) I finally ask, “well because it’s damaged and incomplete can u possibly lower price”? He turns and looks at me and asks,”what do you mean it’s incomplete”?!. I mentioned modem was at home. He looks at his employee and asked how they gave loan for it if it was incomplete and she then lifts her shoulders with no response. At this point it was closing time and he’s getting $ out of the cash register counting and as he’s talking to me you can feel his frustration. He said because the computer was under my husbands name and I had modem at home he couldn’t bring down price. I looked at him and said, ” you’re contradicting yourself because you just said you couldn’t give me the discount because ticket was missing and my husband is not here yet now you’re telling me because he’s my husband and modem is at home you can’t bring it down to the price you gave him by phone for your benefit. I truly believe because he knew I desperately needed the computer he wouldn’t bring down price. I still ended up putting the computer on layaway for $50 dlls sold to me for $535 with the agreement of the young lady helping me saying if for any reason computer didnt function correctly due to damages on it I would get refunded my money back 100% no in store credit. Manager was there and he heard her so that left me at ease because I know for a fact they only do in store credit. Over all the costumer skills this manager had were very poorly. I’ve been a costumer to this store in different cities close by and never have I encountered a manager that has treated me rude or with a high angry pitch tone like he did. I understand it’s closing time and perhaps tired but to treat a customer the way he did was horrible. I get you couldn’t bring down the price no matter what I said but treat your customers with respect because you don’t know what they are going through in their personal life. Little did he know I delivered a 30 week baby six weeks ago and currently dealing with postpartum depression and alone because my husband had to leave 12 hours away to work to support us. I got in my vehicle and cried my eyes out because at no point did I ever disrespect him or speak to him rudely to deserve the way he treated me. I’m not looking to get compensated for what he did, all I want is for someone higher than him to look in to it because he does not qualify to be at the position he’s in. Once I’m out getting my item out I’m sorry to say I will no longer do business with this store at all. To of had been humiliated the way I was while other customers in the store was all I needed to never go there again.

Just sending a e-mail to tell you how disappointed I was in store #15 on Sunday 05/15/16. I recently put a hover board on layaway in the store and due to unfortunate cirXXXXstances was no longer able to get this item from your store. I asked the manager if i could put the $40.00 that I had put down on it on a $300.00 camera, but he said sorry there is a 10% restocking fee. So instead of me being able to use the money I had put down on the hover board and use it towards the camera, he gave me $6.00 dollars back he said so sorry. Over the years I have not only pawned things but also purchased many items from this store. Many of my family and friends have also done business with you over the years …if this is not made right, myself and everyone I know will be told of the bad business practices being done here. I mean does it really cost $34.00 TO WALK FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE WHEN I WAS GOING TO BUY AN ITEM OF THE SAME VALUE. Shame on store #15 and that manager. I can be reached at 817-500-XXXXX to make this right. Please send me a e-mail or call me with a response. Thank you for time and listening to me rant.
Sincerely,
Michael Keedy

This is now the worst pawn shop I have had to deal with, here in Pueblo, Colorado! No grace period/s for payments on layaways, or loans. Down payments on layaways are rediculous for some of us. I am really sad that your company has the worst customer service!

I purchased a ps3 and Im completely dissatisfied with the service! The Ps3 didn’t work and I bought warranty for it I was still out of my money I’m suppose to exchange a ps3 for another ps3 that may not work again… I want a Refund!! Never again your employees should test out equipment before selling!! Supposedly no refund just exchange that’s not what the fine print says on the warranty receipt! I need my money.!

Purchased an Apple iPad from your Two Notch Columbia SC store. Second time I’ve purchased from your company. Excellent customer service,(Janice helped me with iPad).
Well, Item’s data was erased so that I could set up my own account which I did, however, I’m locked out due to being disabled. Now, I’m worried this could be stolen. Do you have someone technical that can resolve this issue. I bought the 30 day warranty, without fully reading so I’m concerned with that as well. If you can’t fix it, I’m out of a lot of money.
Any reply to this issue is greatly appreciated.
