Is there anything for employees who have had an exceptionally bad year so far. All FMLA has been used and vacation – all for medical reasons – hospitalization and recovery of employee. Now, as a primary caregiver for a significant other who has had a heart attack employee is being told – must show up for work or it is considered a resignation of the position held. Is there nothing that can be done?

I was in the Sturgis Michigan store recently, I was absolutely horrified how the manager was treating her employees, talk about being belittled and simple beat down! She needs a serious attitude adjustment or fired. No employee deserves to be treated that way.

COULD YOU MAKE YOUR STORE ON BRYAN ST., DAYTON, TX, CLEAN UP THE FRONT OF THEIR STORE. BEFORE THE SHEETROCK FELL ON THE SIDEWALK FROM A LEAK IN THE ROOF, THE CEMENT IN FRONT OF THE STORE IS PAST NASTY, CIGERETTE BUTTS EVERYWHERE ON THE CEMENT AND PILES OF THE BY THE CURB. THEY ARE IN A MINI STRIP MALL AND ALL OTHER BUSINESS IN THE MALL KEEP THEIR STORE FRONTS CLEAN/SWEPT. I ASK A FASTENOL EMPLOYEE IF THE EVER INTENDED ON SPEEPING, WASHING THE FRONT CEMENT AND HE SAID “YEA” AND WENT ON TO HIS DELIVERY TRUCK. YOUR STORE IS TH E NASTIEST STORE FRONT IN DAYTON, I HAVEN’T LOOKED AT THE BACK BECAUSE I DON’T WALK THERE, BUT I FEEL CONFIDENT IT LOOKS THE SAME
