Erie is the worst insurance ever!I’m filing a complaint on the adjuster in Memphis, he is very rude and doesn’t have good customer service skills.
Don’t ever get Erie this insurance company should be shut down . State Farm is the best when it come to homeowners insurance.
I advised them that wires in my attic were getting wet and the adjuster basically told me to wait until he calls me back …Erie is full of mess and if my house catch on fire I’m pointing the finger at the adjuster for taking his time out to address the problem. I’m to the point I hate speaking with him over the phone. I will be canceling my Erie insurance policy. I spend to much money to be given the run around
