Ordered Indian food from here via the Yelp app. Went to pick up the delivery, when they quickly ushered me out the door saying they were past closing hours. I got home to find that 25% of the items I’d purchased were missing. When I called Eat24 to complain that I’d paid for food I didn’t receive, she said she’d call thenrestaurant to find out what happened. When she called me back she said the restaurant employee said “I’m positive those items were in the bag cuz I put them in myself.” An outright LIE. Eat24 rep said there was nothing she could do! Wtf is a delivery service good for except to provide SERVICE. I’ve since deleted my Yelp app and will never ever jave to use Eat24 again, thank gawd. What crooks!!!
This is a service announcement to let everybody know that eat 24 is a scam they do not care about the customer there a lady named sabel they will not let you speak to anybody above her I asked more then once to speak to someone above her she said she was it and there is nobody above her a restraint riped me off and she was unwilling to do anything about it and I am trying to find out who is above her she was. It willing to help nor hear what I had to say I work hard for my money and it’s a shame she is allowed to have control like that
