Duff’s Famous Wings began in 1947 as gin mill that Louise Duffney purchased. In 1969, the company began experimenting by adding a few food items to the menu. Before long, the company was selling more than 20 pounds of chicken wings each week.
Today, the company has 11 locations in 3 states and Canada with plans for expansion. After winning a contest between the creator of chicken wings, Anchor Bar, and Duff’s, the company decided to begin franchising. In 2014, the company partnered with the Buffalo Bills and added their famous wings to the Ralph Wilson Stadium.
Duff’s Famous Wings has a 4-star rating on Yelp and a 4.5 star out of 5-star rating on TripAdvisor.Com. Headquarters are located in Amhurst, New York.

We normally frequent the Duff’s Location on Dick Rd. in Depew, NY at least 2x per month. Today, we were our in Hamburg, NY and decide to go to the Duff’s on 3090 Orchard Park Rd. in Orchard Park, NY. We were hoping to order what we always order at the Dick Rd. location, which is the Special 20 wings, triple crispy, with Medium Lite sauce, & a small pitcher of Loganberry. Imagine our surprise when we looked at their menu to find it was different from the Dick. Rd. locale. They do not carry Loganberry, nor do they have the special with the small pitcher! The wings came out crispy, but the sauce was totally different too. It was very acidic, vinegary & heavy on the tabasco, & the fries were over-cooked. We know some of these branches are independently owned, but we don’t understand why they don’t have the same menu as the others. We brought the majority if wings and fries home and threw them out. $53.00 down the drain! From now on, we will research new Duff’s prior to going there to eat to make sure they are NOT independently owned. Very disappointed and not a very good for the brand of Duff’s.

I am not sure how to get in touch with your main office – but we had a horrendous experience the evening of June 12th 2021.
We did a take out pick up order. 2 pounds of wings and coleslaw side.
We got home and settled in to eat.
My boyfriend got through half his container, picked up his 5th wing and there was a HAIR wrapped around it. A long light brown/ blonde hair.
We called the store right away and at best they issued a credit for 1 pound for future use.
We continued with dinner. He then went to give us each a big scoop of the coleslaw – we were about 1/3 into the the container by now… and as he is lifting his fork from the container – another very long hair!
We called the store back and simply said you can cancel our credit we will not be ordering from Duffs again and explained the situation.
This manager had zero remorse over the situation. Did not care. Did not offer to try to keep their customer.
Suffice to say we both lost our appetite, and wasted almost 40$ on a Dinner we couldn’t even finish or enjoy.
This needs to be address

I had dinner at the Niagara Falls restaurant. What a disappointment. AFTER waiting 45 minutes for our wings on February 14 They were cold to touch, and small, overdone and very crispy. We complained to the waitress and she said she would tell the cook. Your response will determine if we return to Duff’s in the future.
