Good Morning, I just would like to say I do shop at forever 21. Yesterday I was in one of your store in Summerlin, NV with my daughter and granddaughter. My granddaughter was looking at your leggings that you had on sale and One of your sales associates told her that your store doesn’t carry size 2x. She is not that big and probably wears a size large or xlarge. Her comment was in appropriate coming from a sales associate. Her comment devasted her. I know she can wear a size large or xlarge which I have purchased at kohls. Even if she was a 2x the associate should have let her try them on and found out herself she couldn’t get in them. I think you should have or review your training course on customer service. Thank You for your time on reading this complaint.
