You have placed a late payment on my credit report for a loan I clearly did not sign for. You are in violation with the State of Florida for offering an interest product without being registered with the Financial Services Dept of Florida.
Now you have effected me financially by posting a late payment to my credit while we are 10 days from closing on our home.
I need a phone call this morning or I will not stop until I receive justice.
Your product is being sold by un-licensed individuals in the State of Florida. The product is not clear and someone from your office signed an application with my name attached. This is not binding.
I WANT THIS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT FILE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

Dear Sir or Madam:
Re: 827859-3
On 2/29/2016, I applied for credit through your company in order to lease a 1. 14kw Men’s diamond band & a 2.ss bracelet at Rodeo New York Jewelers located at 1128 Southlake Mall Morrow, GA 30260. I was later approved and took receipt of the goods on 03/04/2016. The value of the leased merchandise was listed at $1,489.06 with an initial payment of $40.00 due at the time of receipt. Upon the receipt of the goods, a contract was initiated, the correct amount to be charged was not disclosed to me and I was informed I’d be paying $220.36 beginning on 4/3/2017.
When your company (Crest Financial) attempted to debit my USAA account the payment was returned and I was subsequently charged several NSF fees by my bank. Unbeknownst to the reason why you all did not receive your payment and I was charged these fees, I contacted my bank and then your company. By now it is time for the next payment, after receiving a call from Crest Financial and being made aware of the actual payment due, I made the payment on 5/3/2017 over the phone in which it went through successfully.
In June without my permission, Crest Financial attempted to charge my account $500.72. I first contacted my bank as the money had been placed in my account for Crest financial to debit. After some investigation, I was advised that Crest financial attempted to debit $500.72 rather than the agreed upon $223.36. When I contacted Crest Financial I was told that you all were trying to debit a double payment. I then asked to speak with a manager. I made it clear that I did not authorize a double payment and if they debited my account for the agreed upon amount they’d get their payment. Instead of doing this Crest Financial attempted to debit my account for a second time of $500.72. Once I realized the company was not going to be cooperative, I contacted my bank and had the company blocked from attempting “ANY” payment from my account.
I contacted a representative from Crest Financial to discuss the issue. I notified the company that I had an updated payment method. I made a payment arrangement with you all and on 7/2/2016, I made a payment of 220.00, and another payment of $50.00 on 7/19/2016. I’m not sure where the miscommunication comes from, but every time I’ve made a payment arrangement with you all, whether it be me calling the payment in three days before the payment date, or me moving the payment to another date, Crest financial has chosen to debit my account on whatever date they deem necessary and then charge me NSF fees to increase the amount due on my account.
I’ve tried to work with you all. I’ve tried to deal with the harassing phone calls. One representative will state “I can make a payment arrangement and it will be noted to my account”. Ten minutes later, another agent will contact me and state “As long as no payment has been made you will continue to call”. There have been days where I received over 10 calls beginning at 7 or 8:00 in the morning and ending at 11 at night. That is absolute harassment. I have a copy of the payments that have been made to you all. My total balance at the beginning of my contract was $1,489.06. To date I’ve made a total of 8 payments totaling $1,439.72. This leaves a balance of $49.34. I am utterly disgusted at the way Crest Financial does business. You tack on unnecessary fees and you don’t work with your clients. Throughout this whole ordeal, I’ve tried to be pleasant and professional, and work out any issues we’ve had. Your company always claims to record the phone conversations, but when I request to hear them or even for you (The Representative) to listen to them I can never get any cooperation.
It is very unfortunate that your customer service and professionalism is so truly inadequate. You’ve tried to overcharge me for a product, you’ve bombarded me with numerous harassing phone calls to the point I had to have a cease and desist letter sent to you. I am frustrated by the way I’ve been treated as a client and dissatisfied by your services. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate my account being reviewed, my complete number of payments being calculated and a representative from the legal department sending me a legal letter outlining my previous payments made and the final payment due. I refuse to pay you all another $762.44 as you are stating I owe. These payments are trumped up, inaccurate and unacceptable.
Enclosed is a copy of my contract, my cease and desist letter, and payment history. Per the contract signed, it was agreed that we (the Lessee and the Lessor) would try to reach an amicable solution. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 15 days from the date of receipt before seeking help from a Consumer Protection Agency, a Better Business Bureau, or exercising other avenues. Please contact me at the above address or by phone at 678-832-XXXXX.
Sincerely,
Shondrika Mobley
