I live in southern Mexico and attempt to watch CNN online. If you care to keep your overseas audience, GET YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE FIXED. The LiveNews people are not doing their job. Not only is service INTERMITTENT at best – cutting in and out and going offline altogether repeatedly, now the picture projected is oversized, so it doesn’t fit into the parameters of the screen. Text and even some of the imagery (people’s faces???) gets cut off. If you are paying for this service, you should cancel it and get your money back. I have begun to turn to other news sources, so if it doesn’t get fixed, you’ll lose me altogether.

Likewise , I only saw coverage of the Ethiopian plane crash as regards to the malfunction of the particular type of plane and it’s past problems. There was little to no coverage or sympathy for the victims and their families.
Where were the reporters on the ground interviewing survivors and local agencies and announcing assistance. Where were the kind words and “Thoughts and Prays”. This is upsetting. I am a retired mother of 2 and this is my first time writing, but do I have to say

I would like to voice a complaint about my experience during CNN tours. the photographer during my visit was rude. She spoke very loud and rude to me in front of other patrons. The whole scene was embarrassing and I was very very angry.
Gentlemen; I am a retired commercial Diver and would ask if you could pass my comment on to your Thai Office who could possibly pass it on to the Cave Rescuers of the Soccer Team. I have no way of contacting them directly.
To rescue the soccer players you might consider fabricating a rescue capsule. It could be built from thin walled aluminum pipe. Attached to it could be a surface supplied umbilical incorporated with air line, communication line and lighting/video. The capsule could be built to be pulled up stream, underwater while being assisted by an outside diver. The capsule would have to be made neutrally buoyant with an exhaust valve built in so as not to over pressurize. One of the boys could lay in the capsule, seal it up, and be pulled through the cave passageway like a torpedo I don’t know how many high points there are in the cave you may need more than one built. There is little or no outside water pressure so the focus would be only to keep the passenger calm and dry not so much Hyperbaric Baric Vessel Structural Composition. His mother could talk to him over communications while being towed out to help calm him. I believe this would work…….the monsoon is beginning who knows how much more water will enter the cave. I was surprised this week to observe your references to the Southern Poverty Law Center’s list of people/organizations categorized as “extremist” or “hate groups”. The SPLC itself is more of what I think of when the phrase “hate group” comes up – someone whose rhetoric has caused bodily harm or character defamation to others. Best I can tell, they are willing to vilify any person or organization that doesn’t agree with them, even when it is completely non-violent with no record of any aggression. Aren’t they the very ones the Justice Department said some time ago ‘had gone too far’?
Your willingness to give voice to such an organization on your airwaves makes me unwilling to trust you further for news reports.

I watch your show daily because it is an intelligent account of the news. I can see the tremendous effort, on your part, to report the news accurately while Trump supporters bully, lie, and distort the truth to validate their own power agenda. If not CNN then who?
My Father spent 3 years fighting the XXXX regime in the European theater and I am deeply shocked and saddened because it appears that the constitutional rights that he and so many others fought and died for are very quickly disappearing under Mr. Trump’s administration.
