my name is Lora Pottichen I had the all on four implants done at the Roseville CA. location. so my set of surgery teeth on the top are two different sizes.when I was picking out the size of my teeth before the surgery,the dental assistant was talking to much not paying attention,and sent two different sizes on my upper teeth.to the lab, its very noticable. i wasent trippin at first, i thought for sure they would start over with the same size teeth. o boy was i ever wrong. they spent three years giving me false hope and every set of wax try ins were a mirror of the surgury teeth, with several attempts to hide the imperfection,however with the attempt to hide there mistake, they end up messing up the set up teeth with a long list of things i absolutely hate about these teeth.so fast forward to the end of my horrable experience,they cancelled my apointment via text message with no explanation,so i wait about a month to start to call them to rescedule my apt. and now the company will not answer my calls and then they learned my moms number and didnt answer her number, i made several trips out to the office, were they treated me horrable,and gave me someexcuse to get me out of there. so it turns out they were anticipating the arival of my dismissal letter. i recieved a letter of dismissal,giving me three dentist referals, however no dentist is willing to pick up where clear choice left off, at no charge. so my problem is, i paid clear choice 50,000.00 cash up front for my procedure and in that included 5 year warrenty and anual hygiene cleanings.so now im stuck with teeth i hate that dont even have permanent seals, that need to be cleaned and are broken with no warrenty,and worried i have a infection. i cant get ahold of anyone to make this right for me. now my only choice is to take them to small claims court for the cost of the cleanings,however i cant find the “person of service” to have the claim served to.
My family does not support or buy products from any company that does not promote or support traditional family values in their business policies and or advetising. Deut: 7 The crap about diversity is simply reverse discrimination and should not be rewarded by getting business from an Caucasian or White person in the country.

I have been a client since the beginning . I had a full restoration done upper and lower. I Paid cash in full. The advertisement was a LIFETIME guarantee . But it has been anything but that. One of the more recent problems has been that my front tooth became dislodged and broke off completely. Clear choice charged me 300.00 to replace which I paid. That occurred in March of this year 2021. It is now 3 months later and the SAME TOOTH has become dislodged and out. The SAME TOOTH.My problem is that you want to repair it again for another 300.00. The tooth was obviously not repaired correctly. How can a company that is so expensive won’t even repair what was obviously not done correctly without charging the same 300.00 again after only 3 months. I beginning to have very negative feelings about how the company is losing its credibility . I need my tooth repaired, How can the company to live up to its advertisement of a lifetime guarantee when it won’t even give a discount on its own implant that was done 3 months ago?
I went for a consultation about a possible implant for the loss of my RIGHT front tooth. During the consultation with Dr. Bishara and Tiffany, I was told by Dr. Bishara that I had an infection (not that I might have an infection) in my front LEFT tooth and that I would need implants for both front teeth. He went so far as to tell me he didn’t feel comfortable placing an implant on my right front tooth without doing the left also because the infection could spread. I am 53 years old and have had crowns on my front left tooth since I was 18. I have never been told I had an infection and I go many times to the dentist and have had other consultations prior to going to Clear Choice where I had the same type of scan and the doctors never mentioned that I had an infection in my LEFT tooth. Therefore, I wanted another opinion before I took the leap of getting implants for both teeth. I contacted Tiffany (the patient education consultant that I had met with) and asked for a copy of the pics from my scan so I could take them to another specialist to get confirmation that I had an infection. At first, she told me to contact her front office attendant, Julia. I did just that and I was promised by her it would be sent by the end of the day. The following day I received an email containing only one screen shot of a frontal view which did not show the view of the tooth in question where the supposed infection was. When I contacted the front office attendant about this, I received an email from Tiffany only this time she stated in the email that the picture they sent me was done as a “courtesy” and that if I wanted any other pics from my scan I would have to pay a fee of $400 and it could take up to 60 days for them because it had to come from the Corporate headquarters. I thought my medical records belonged to me and why was I never told that I would need to pay $400 to get a copy of my scan pictures and it would take 60 days to do it?? If I am being diagnosed as having an infection I am entitled to the proof of that.
I need assistance. I am having trouble getting help from the Overland Park, KS location. I’ve payed for my implants in full. Having some issues that they don’t seem in a rush to help with. Please contact me.
How is CLearchoice not shutting down even though they do elective procedures???? This Pandemic is not a joke. You are disregarding The CMS and putting not only your patients but also your workers at risk. Being one of the last dental elective proscedure clinics to close your doors amid this outbreak is not going to look good on the company as a whole. I dont know who is deciding these things but you ARE NOT a hospital and are wasting medical supplies when you could be helping and donating to actual hospitals in need.

They told me I am a perfect candidate for the procedure. The only obstacle is financing. I qualified for some of the cost. I did not know I had to pay for periodic cleanings they tailed me in and were so nice in beginning now they have my 50k and won’t give me a tax I’d so my insurance can reimburse me for cleaning I’m sorry ? I went to clear choice not happpy

Ive had nothing but issues. Ive had 7 cracks in my top plate and my bottom plate is worn down to the metal posts.
I was told by Jodi that they stopped using that material because of problems, but the dentist told me something completely different.
Im having to pay an additional 5 k for implants that didnt last 5 years. The same implants i was told would last me the rest of my life.

Hi ,I’m a client who had the procedure both upper and lower at the schaumburg IL location but a failure of a implant noted by Dr A Stein formerly of Clearchoice prompted my return for surgical fix. Upon completion of healing time fall of 2018 , I returned to Dr Stein for a cleaning 3Sept 2019 and he noted a abutment split and a potential problem with another Classified as MUA#29 and MUA#20.I was advised to contact schaumburg office and not to wait too long . I did contact same day 3 sept 19 and 10 sept and was assured of callback without result . This date I called the call center in order to transfer call to speak with corporate office to voice concern/complaint but was instead rerouted to Schaumburg location with same staff who did not call me back stating they had to see Dr.Stein report/ findings( previously advised Schaumburg office Dr.Stein had no problem speaking with their office.I would like assistance getting situation addressed and resolved but probably not at (Schaumburg office if my presence is not wanted (I fine with that as in past I’ve frequented the downtown Chi office )thanks in advance

I have written to you before,in fact the letter is just below this email. Clearchoice is supposed to be affordable but one implant cost $5000.00 which is extremely high. Most dentist fees for one implant is approximately $1000 and another $900 for the crown. I have exhausted all avenues to have this procedure done. I am already burdened with anxiety issues and I can not get myself to go outside in public with missing teeth.
I am requesting an affordable payment plan through your company because I simply can not get a loan for $28,000 living on Social Security Disability and a disability pension from the State of N.J. I am a retired correction officer.
Again, I ask that you use me as a training subject and also as a subject for people considering your services. I would freely allow filming and personal information to be given to the public for the sole purpose of the procedure and my lengthy dental history. I would do this in lieu of payment for the procedure. You would find my dental history very interesting. I have had many root canals and then I had implants from a doctor that was indicted and imprisoned for fraud. My upper implants never took and I ended up with a serious infection that led to extensive bone loss. I have since had a couple of other questionable procedures done. After years if procedures and tens of thousands of dollars I only have 5 upper teeth remaining and my bottom teeth have a partial denture too.
Please consider my request and I would be willing to share my story for your patients and future patients too.

I went for a consult at your office in Marlton, N.J. and was very pleased with the experience. My only concern was the pricing. $5000 per implant is a steep price. My upper full restoration will cost me $28,000.00. Although I worked my entire life as a law enforcement officer, the price is just so high.
I tried obtaining loans but it just wasn’t approved. I am going through a divorce and my credit has suffered making it impossible to obtain financing. My reason for writing is to see if there is any way I could be used as a promotion and training patient? Record me through the entire process and compensate me by waiving the cost of the procedure.
I know this sounds extreme and an uncommon way to receive treatment, I am desperate to have my smile back, as well as my ability to eat normally again.

I was wondering if there any way you can help my wife with her teethes, she has had a VERY hard life she was Dx with PTSD , depression, anxiety and the thoughts of killing herself, This is what happened in her life that made her feels this way, her dad was a heavy drinker and physically abusive to her. Her PTSD is from when she was at the age of 5 and 6 she was molested by her uncle and she was also molested by her friend’s father.
