In the past, food at Claimjumper’s was really good and service was great.
Recently, we ate at the Claimjumpers in Roseville, CA. The food was slop, the service nonexistent. My family thought I was being too critical snd 6 of us had Thanksgiving dinner there. They learned that the food is, indeed, slop. You don’t get what you order, you get twice of something you asked not to have on your plate. Even the pumpkin pie wasn’t baked. It was raw. Had just s bite when I realized what I was eating. Gave me a terrible stomach ache and the runs. Tried to talk with the manager today. He’s not taking calls. Figures. To top it all off, the slop served was $25 a plate.
DO NOT eat at Claimjumper. You’ll be sorry.

Hello, there has been unAuthorize charge on my CC.
I ate at your establishment in Rancho Cucamonga 9/6 at 9:30 . I ordered dinner total came to $31 , I pay with a $25 gift card and ask server Michelle to charge the remainder on my credit card. She came back with NO gift card just my CC. I check my bank statement the next day and I was charge full amount and no gift card?
I call ask to speak with a manger Louise which he said he had ask her about the gift card and she told him that she had Tossed it in the trash because there was no balance (but at no time did she come back to the table to let me know?!) The Rancho Cucamonga establishment is very unprofessional.
I’m asking for a refund and my gift card back
It has been days and problems has not be resolved By claim Jumper yet.

Have you changed the recipe for your frozen peach pie? We have enjoyed them in the past but, the one we had last night was runny and had very few peaches, and the peaches that were there were crunchy. I am reluctant to try again and waste my money. Thank you.

I went to the Reno Claim Jumper store at 4905 South Virginia St, on 05/27/2018 at approximately 5:00pm. I have to say that this was one of my worst dining experiences to date. First the extremely high pitched squeaking noise from the belt running the fan was giving me a massive headache. We moved to the other side of the restaurant but quickly noticed that it was the same all throughout the restaurant. WD40 is not that expensive and would do wonders in satisfying your guests. Both tables we sat at were extremely sticky all around the perimeter, so cleanliness is obviously an issue at this store as well. My daughter really wanted to eat there so we stayed. We hadn’t eaten at Claim Jumpers in several years and regardless of the three out of five star rating this store received, we decided to try it thinking that it was probably just for bad service, not bad food. Boy were we wrong. The server recommended the country fried steak, so I ordered it. This was a joke. Not only was the steak so tough that my knife wouldn’t even go through it, but there’s no way anyone could call that white water on top of everything gravy. There was no thickness at all and no pepper or specs of any seasoning whatsoever. I am not at all exaggerating when I say that this “gravy” literally had the consistency of water. As a matter of fact the white water had very quickly completely absorbed into the country fried steak and there was absolutely nothing left on top. The potato soup was tasteless and so much more. We quickly realized why this store only had a three out of five star rating. With the food tasting so bad and the migraine inducing high pitch, we just decided to leave immediately, but I have to say that I have never felt so much like I had completely wasted my money. I spent $63.00 for just myself and my young daughter to eat. I think that’s a lot for a good meal, let alone an absolutely horrible meal. The Reno Claim Jumper is not a place that we will return to. I feel like whoever is in charge of running that place obviously doesn’t quite comprehend that experiences like that means that not only will I not return but the 10 friends that I tell will not, then 10 of each of their’s, and so on, and so on. I have spent 16 years in the restaurant industry, so I feel that I have a leg to stand on here.

This restaurant food is great but service is horrible. What a missed opportunity to give great service. The Tucson store has got to have the worst management ever. Really needs to be looked into.

In the middle of enjoying our dinner at the bar at Claim Jumper Northridge, CA,
a XXXXroach comes out from under my husbands pizza plate and runs down the bar!
We were half way through our dinner, so obviously the roach was hiding in the tin that they served his pizza on!! It ran down to the people next to us while they were all trying to kill it but as most know, they run fast! Anyway it was finally killed by my husband and we have a photo! It took 10 minutes for a head manager to come talk to us about and all she had to say was sorry that this happen to you and of course you wont be charged for the food today! Then she said if you like we can send food home with you!! Really? That’s is and what makes her think I want more food from a roach infested kitchen to eat or take home! I am so disappointed I really just cant believe it!

I had the misfortune of dining at the Claim Jumper located in Tukwila Washington.
I was served fried Zucchini with a broken piece of metal which scratched up my mouth, and almost choked. The Manager displayed no empathy regarding my bad experience. Her customer service was terrible. She lied and told me she would file an incident report with the Corporate office and someone would call me within a couple of days. Well I am now on week 2 and have not heard from anyone. This incident is very serious! I am currently seeking legal advice.

When people go to a restaurant and pay for food and service. They should feel safe to eat, as well as not be discriminated against.

On the night of December 02, 2016 I went to the Claim Jumper at Greenvalley Parkway in Henderson, Nevada.
I’m 70 years old and at that meeting over diner I was scammed out of $. 145,000 of my retirement. We were the last one’s out of the restuarant probably around 9:00 PM.
I asked the young man, our server, for a copy of my bill which was around $69.00. He obviously was in a hurry and left without giving me my bill.
Now, I’m suing the party I had diner with. “I really need the invoice for four people for around $69.00 for December 2nd, 2016.” “This is where the crime took place!”
This is really important to me. I’m a great customer of the Claim Jumper. I would appreciated your help in getting the December 2nd Invoice. I already talked to the management at the local Claim Jumper. “They said, their computers don’t go that far back and I would have to contact you.
Again, my name is John T Anderson. Phone is; (702) 817-XXXXX
Thank You in advance for helping me.

On Saturday March 11,2017 my husband and I ate at the Claim Jumper in Clackamas Oregon. It was a miserable visit. When my husband took his first bite of Chicken Pot Pie, he let out a yell. It really startled me and I asked him what was wrong, he couldn’t answer me right away, but I could tell he was in pain. Finally he was able to tell me that something had cut him inside his mouth. I looked at the inside of his lip and saw that there was a cut and a little bit of blood. We then looked at the fork and found there was a missing piece of metal on the side of the fork, kind of like a gouge in the metal. This caught on the inside of lip and tore it. She took the fork from us and said she was going to have a manager come over. Quite awhile later, a young man came by and asked if everything was ok. The way he asked, so blasé, I couldn’t even tell if he was the manager or if he knew what god happened. We proceeded to tell him what had happened and he said yes, he had looked at the fork and saw the problem and they had gotten rid of it. He then said would you like me to pass your information on to the corporate office. We said no, that probably wasn’t necessary. ( we felt the restaurant should have been able to handle it). We were VERY surprised when he said ok and walked away. I would have expected him to be more apologetic and sympathetic. I also felt he should have offered to not charge him for the chicken pot pie. Nope not a word. A few minutes later the waitress dropped off the check with the chicken pot pie on it and we left shortly thereafter never really wanting to eat very much after that. The manager really had an opportunity to turn a really bad situation around, but blew it. My husbands lip was sore for a few days after that.

A few months ago I baked one of your berry pies.
Inside I found a berry plant stem with thorns on it. I contacted your office and sent the stem to them.
The customer care lady sent me 2 coupons for free pies.
I misplaced them and when I finally found them today I realized they expire 02/09/17.
Is there any way I can send these back and get a replacement?
I am so disappointed that I had lost them.
Thank you, Kathy

Today is Monday and my husband and I are still trying to recover from getting sick from our meal Friday. I won’t go into details, but we basically got food poisoning. About 30 minutes after our meal, both of our tummys took a turn for the worse. I believe it was the salad, because we had nothing else in common besides that. I even made a comment to my husband when we got it, that salad looked a little old. I hope that Claim Jumper reads this and looks into it, because I really like the restaurant and want to know that Claim Jumper takes it’s customers health seriously.

We visited a claim jumper on January 1, 2017 and had a horrible experience . The hostess seated us and never informed the server she had customers . We sat and waited for about 20 minutes and we were never approached to give our order. Once I called it to the managers attention we put in our order along with their drinks and sat there for another 20 minutes without receiving anything, Including our drinks, water or appetizers . At that point we decided to go to another restaurant.
