Dear Hiring Manager,
Please know that I recently applied online via ‘Indeed’ for the position of AVP Security Manager (31810), Southeast Region, Jacksonville, FL. However, to date I have heard nothing. I am very interested in that position and therefore, I am following up with this correspondence in hope that my original application has not been overlooked or, lost in the mix.
For reference, please find a copy of my resume below in application for the described position. If you would kindly pass that on to the Director of Corporate Security and to anyone else in the organization that you believe should know it would be very much appreciated. I look forward to a personal interview and hopefully, a mutually rewarding career as an AVP, Regional Security Manager within CIT’s Corporate Security Group.

So tell me if anybody at Citi cares about your clients and their issues with your system payment problems. Does any manager care, any corporate staff care. Would like the name of ant responsible employee who will take this issue to resolution, anybody there???
Dale Faerber says
Just tried the “work around” for payments which is to put payment amount in custom payment area and IT ALSO SAYS $ 2,286.13 is outside valid payment date.
So again I ask what is more important to CitiBank than efficiently processing incoming payments, so fix your problem because I have no way to pay you today and you are making my payment history invalid
Dale Faerber says
dalebmw@ aol.com, having been told 8/16 that your online card payment work ticket issue :
“Payment date”
“The date entered is outside of the valid range” in red
Would be fixed, it is not, and some manager is too lazy to do the small code fix required. Please reply when this issue if fixed for your excellent clients like me.
