My son worked for Church’s Chicken 1407 W. North Carrier Parkway Grand Prairie, Tx (972) 623-XXXX he never received his W2 to claim on his tax return. We tried numerous times to get a hold of the manager about his W2, once we did she told us it wasn’t her problem. Corporate wasn’t any better. What kind of company is this that doesn’t care about their employees. IRS will know about them with holding my sons W2.
What time do you all vlose at 8am. Cause everytime i go to the churchs at 812 copia el paso tx atv820 or 830 its closed. Yet the sign says 9 pm. There will be a line of cars because people assume they close at 9 pm. O guess the employees make there own hours and just choose yo shit down at 8 pm. Just thought management should know what this store is doing and the amount of customers u are losing.

I have talked with two of your representative–Jim and Monica with no action taken to close down for a couple of days the Church’s on Inwood Road Dallas, TX — One of the employees, Jenny, tested positive for Covid-19. James, one of the cooks, spoke to me about it –I get chicken there 3 times a week and James always cooked my chicken which was excellent as he did for others. There are 5 employees and a manager. She is new and refused to wear mask or gloves that were mandated for Gov. Abbott and Jenkins. Her hair was not covered just long and dirty. It was strictly drive through —-they continued to serve the public without warning them about a employee having Covid -19. James left and go tested –fortunately he was negative, but hasn’t gone back to work. I told both of your representatives about this problem —that they were still serving the public. I told Jim–they needed to close down and have all employees tested and a crew to come in and sterilize the entire inside . It hasn’t been done and no telling how many people have gotten ill with the virus. It is shameful and not acceptable. Please look into this Church’s do the right thing for the people who drive through to buy your chicken. Test and sterilize and than re-open . Get a new manager that will continue to keep the place clean and abide by wearing a mask and gloves.

My father went to a Church’s Chicken here in Houston and the crust was so so so hard my daughter chipped her tooth. Thats her favorite part of the chicken I ate the meat it was dry dry and fried in old grease.
I’m from Texas but live in Denver!! Went to Church’s and got the worst customer service ever at a restaurant!! Dry chicken(old as f**k),flat biscuits(not poofed),burnt Mac n Cheese!!! To top it all off, the staff were all prejudice!! Ni**er this, ni**er that!! All in Spanish!! But when got in their sh*t talking Spanish back to them, no one could say sh*t!! Made a complaint and meet with a area manager!! We met at a different restaurant!! Oh my god!! I saw the most gross sh*t I have ever seen!! A greasy employee that was a mechanic touching the food without washing or gloving his hands!! It was seen by customers and employees!! But what he did next shocked me!! He still let his employees serve the chicken that might have been cross contaminated!! How f-ing sick is that!! He said that he would take care of the situation!! I went back to that restaurant just to check up on the situation!! It is a Damn shame that the people who Were at this restaurant while this crap was happening, are still doing the same sh*t of not washing their hands!! And it seems all he hires are people who are prejudice!! I used to love Church’s Chicken but after this experience,my family and I will never eat at your restaurants again!!
My husband and I stopped at the Churches Chicken in fort Valley, Ga and the restroom was nasty. There was flies flying around and the customer service was horrible. No one ever took our order or even acknowledged that we were there. I was looking for the score and it was not visible. This is the worst experience we have had at Churches Chicken
My wife and travels almost 12 miles to the Churches Chicken store at 1504 S.Range Ave. in Denham Springs, La. to buy chicken. Not only because the chicken is good but the customer service is great!! You have a Churches Chicken employee named Michelle is ALWAYS polite and professional, big smile on her face every time she gives us our order!! She is no doubt an asset to the Churches Chicken organization. More fast food stores should have employees like her!!

I went to Church’s Chicken in Casa Grande, AZ this morning. Church’s has a national ad on tv stating 12 piece chicken (legs & thighs) and 2 large sides for $20. When I arrived at the store, they are selling this for $22. This is the ad that is on tv; so why is the store selling it for $22. $2 is not a lot of money, but I look at this as false advertising, especially when the store does not sell it for the sale price. I brought it up to the cashier and informed him of the price and he said it is $22. Is this store price gouging or what? Why didn’t the store honor the tv sales spot? Please do not tell me that the store can do what they want either! This makes no sense to me! Now, what is Church’s going to do for me, since I was charged more that the tv spot says of $20?

Store #0227. At 11:48, March 26, 1019, I used the drive in to order 2 #1s with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and 2 Dr. Peppers. The total order came to $16.19. First, I had to tell the woman who took my order 3 different times that I wanted mashed potatoes. She kept insisting I ordered french fries, and the receipt shows french fries, even though I got mashed potatoes. When it came time to give me the food, the man handed me 2 large cups of soda. I was alone in the car, and had no place to put them. I asked for a tray. The tray he produced did not fit the cups, so I said if it didn’t work, I didn’t want the tray. I asked him to at least put them in a sack. He claimed he didn’t know what a sack was. I used the term bag, whereupon he started lecturing me that a sack was not the same thing as a bag. I don’t know where he is from, but in Texas the terms are interchangeable. He gave me a sack, and then handed me the 2 drinks, so that I had to put them in the sack. One of the lids was not even pressed down and I now have Dr. Pepper all over my seat. He then informed me that I had a bad attitude and he didn’t know what my problem was, to which I replied that the crappy service just might have something to do with it. He continued to yell at me as I drove away. I will be posting this on the local review site, and needless to say, I will not be eating at Church’s Chicken any time in the future. Also, the name of the road is actually misspelled on the receipt, so I really question the intelligence level of the people who manage that particular store.
My son brought me the Shrimp & 2 pc tender dinner today & the mash potatoes were still powdered, they were not mixed up correctly. I could not eat them it turned my stomach when I saw them. I will be returning them tomorrow (3-26-19) to your store @ 1391 WOOSTER Ave. in Akron,Ohio 44320. I have tried calling six(6) times to tell them about this issue but they never answered the phone. I hope other people have not gone through what I have. How will this problem be corrected so it doesn’t happen again & your employees make sure that the potatoes are completely mixed.

Went to Church’s in euless tx in w Harwood rd and there customer service sucks and I saw the manager picking his ear with his finger and picking up the food with his hands and I see the employees on there phones..got food in the drive thru and they just threw my fries in the church bag on top of the box and my fries spilled all over inside the bag..so I decided to to try and eat inside and when they put food in the tray it so messy..honestly they need to change this Manager

This morning I walked up to go inside the Church’s chicken at 419 North Riverside Drive Clarksville, 37040 as I do every Friday morning before work. The door was locked so I called my fiance, who was already inside, to let me in. He let me and a gentleman in at the same time. He was not asked to not let anyone in. As I sat to start eating the food that was already ordered and paid for, a worker (Lisa) said with an attitude that we did not need to let anyone in. They are not to serve anyone inside. The gentleman that came in with me had just finished his order and asked why. She then stated they were not to serve people inside due to the ceiling leaking. The other worker (LaShaun) came around to the 3 tables and asked if we needed anything and to please let her know when we were ready to leave. She then went to the back to start cooking again. Lisa then was telling her with an attitude what she had said while looking directly at me. I did not say anything, just laughed. The least they could have done was put a sign on the door letting other customers know they could not serve them inside. Or not opened the doors for anyone to come inside when they saw the ceiling tiles were soaked.
Today I went to Church’s at approximately 8:38pm. I went through the drive-thru to place an order and the young man was very rude and hostile. I proceeded to go to another restaurant; however ,the family wanted Church’s Chicken so I went inside to place my order. While inside I listen to other customers make their orders over the speaker system and they were clear just as I’m sure that my order was clear. The young lady who took my order was very courteous and nice. The manager was standing there when I walked in as if he knew what had just transpired. All of the workers just look and we’re very quiet I would hate to think out of all the years that we have purchase chicken this is how the customers are being treated now.

The churches chicken in Richmond,CA on McDonald Ave is very unsanitary in the dinning area the ruff is always leaking if you you can see the hole were it’s leaking. They do not hire about employees and the one’s they do have always get your order wrong. Their refrigerator area is very unorganized were something can contaminate the other good. The qualityof the chicken could be much better if they change the oil regularly.
On April 12 2017 my wife went to buy dinner at Church’s Chicken in Humble Texas off of 1960 and 59 when she came home and I opened the bag I immediately noticed that macaroni and cheese were completely burned hard dry stuck to each other I mean burned black and brown the coleslaw was completely dry the service was terrible I called back they acted like they didn’t even care how could a company as big as Church’s Chicken cannot follow up on their franchise stores this is not the first time I’ve had problems there the first time there was a long hair mixed in my mashed potatoes I feel that these people have no consideration and no Pride and care nothing about the people they serve it’s because of us that churches exist because of us that they have a job I have photos of the food if that’s what you want to call it I wouldn’t give that to my dog and I’m making sure I send this to the Health Inspectors because they continue to serve old food to customers and that’s not right.

I wish to complain about my experience at one your Church’s Chicken restaurant located on 6430 McCart Avenue FT Wort TX 76133.
I am complaining because on February 5, 2017, Sunday evening I made an attempt to purchase the #3 3 tender combo meal. Unfortunately, one of your cashiers used my debit card to charge me for another customer’s in the drive thru order in the amount of $ 33.55. She is a African American woman. She dark skinned, she has tattoos on her arms, she has long black reave hair. And she told me her is Nicky.
When I first discovered I was charge the amount stated above it was immediately after Ms. Nicky gave me gave me the receipt. After looking at the receipt, became upset, and I told her she charged me for another customer’s order. I then told her to give me my money, and cancelled my order that I ordered. According to her, she cancelled my order. And Ms. Nick then asked me to sign a receipt agreeing that Church’s Chicken will refund my money back. Before I signed the receipt, I asked Ms. Nick when will I get my money back, and she said two the three days. After I signed the receipt, I again asked Ms. Nick the same question, and she said they will transfer my money back into my account two to three days.
Afterwards, I ask her for her name, and she told me her name. I asked her who is the supervisor, and she told me she is the supervisor. I then asked her who is above her, and she said Bridget. I asked her if Bridget was there and she told me no. I am dissatisfied. I was looking forward to enjoy a meal. I was not expecting to be charge for another customer’s order. I believe it is very unprofessional. And I hope she cancelled my order as I requested. I hope she did not charged me for two customer orders. Also, if she made this kind of mistake more than once, she should not be allowed to operate the cashiers. I video recorded my with the employee, so I will prove my statement. I also have a copy of the receipt.
To resolve this problem, I want my money back! You guys are not allowed to use customer’s debit cards to charge us whatever you want to charged us. Also, I’d like for you to write a statement explaining your company’s position, and what are you going to do about my complaint. My family and I love Church’s Chicken!!! However, last night was horrible!!! As soon as I drive to the drive thru, a male employee asked how he could help me. I asked what specials they had. He told me, but I asked for a moment. I said hello to let him know I was ready and he rudely said, “I’m here, I’m waiting on you!” I told him the family order I wanted and he mumbled what sounded like what sides, but I wasn’t sure. I said, “Excuse me, but I’m having a hard time hearing you.” He replied, “Well so am I, what do you want?!” I told him that he’s serving us and shouldn’t have be so rude with customers as I was going to do a complaint. He yelled back, “Get the F*ck out of my drive through! All y’all do is F*cking complain!” I drove off really upset. I have never been talked to like that EVER!!! Like I said, I am a loyal customer. I have had nothing but good experiences, but something needs to be done with that male employee. It’s one thing to be rude, but to actually curse at the customers it’s completely unacceptable. I live in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, I went to Churches Chicken 1613 Pratt Street Sunday May 13, 2016. GO FIGURE LOOK AT THE DATE. I ordered a 20 piece all white meat cost me $32.00, wings and breast. I took it too a repast, opened up the box and to my surprise they had cut the chicken breast in half before they cooked it…They were selling half chicken breast for whole chicken breast. if you are in the area around Bridge and Pratt be aware of what they are doing, I am hoping that the coporate office will reply to me via e-mail. they need to be ashamed of themselves.

Church’s Chicken in Augusta Ga on Wrightsboro is horrible. They always get my order wrong.. The management and staff is very disrespectful. The restaurant is very convenient cause of where I live but Lord this facility needs a new team or more training. I have called Larry whoever he is several times and left messages.
I went thru drive thru for my order @ around 6:45 12/9/15 there was only one car in front of me & no customers inside@ when I got to the intercom the person( male )told me that he’d be with me in a minute I waited for 15 then left since he never returned to take my order….bad service definitely not the churches I use to like a few years back!! Hi my name is Anthony Riley and I worked for Church’s for a year and three months. Recently we go I new GM that every day I had to deal with her going around the store saying she need a new crew which I found disturbing and very unprofessional. I have been work as a cashier since I got their and love customer service. Yesterday evening October 27 I was asked to clean up the trash and boxes that another employee had forgotten to do and which I proceeded to do. Right after I threw everything away I think I had a couple more boxes left to then and which I was approached by my GM Tina stating that I was told to break down those boxes. So the remaining boxes I had left I tried to break them down by hand and these where the boxes the dark and white meat come in. I held the boxes up so Tina the Gm can see I was trying. These particular boxes were hot glued together with a hot glue gun. I then proceeded in telling her I couldn’t break them boxes down it was highly impossible to break those particular boxes down by hand. So then proceeded in throwing the remaining boxes in the trash. So when I got back in the store to continue working Ms. Tina called another working manager that was present to clock me out and I am to never return. First I feel it was very unprofessional of her to not find a better solution on how I could broke those boxes down that I have seen broke down since I been working for Church’s company. I also found it to be unprofessional that I didn’t receive a verbal warning nor did I receive a first time write up. I been working for Church’s over and year and dealing with customer service over ten years and have never seen this type of action be en taking and which I wasn’t offered a warning. So the remaining boxes I had left I tried to break them down by hand and these where the boxes the dark and white meat come in. I held the boxes up so Tina the Gm can see I was trying. These particular boxes were hot glued together with a hot glue gun. I then proceeded in telling her I couldn’t break them boxes down it was highly impossible to break those particular boxes down by hand. So then proceeded in throwing the remaining boxes in the trash. So when I got back in the store to continue working Ms. Tina called another working manager that was present to clock me out and I am to never return. First I feel it was very unprofessional of her to not find a better solution on how I could broke those boxes down that I have seen broke down since I been working for Church’s company. I also found it to be unprofessional that I didn’t receive a verbal warning nor did I receive a first time write up. I been working for Church’s over and year and dealing with customer service over ten years and have never seen this type of action be en taking and which I wasn’t offered a warning. I would love for Church’s corporation to contact me to discuss further details. My store number is 648 and today’s date is October 28th 2015. I would love to discuss this behavior or if this is what Church ‘s Chicken company is about. Thank you and would love to hear back from you.

I got my wife and I live in Calhoun ga and we got a three piece chicken box today ( 06-12-15) and a sweet tea apiece. I always heard how good churches chicken is. But I’m sorry to say if anyone thinks this is better than KFC , you’re wrong. This was the worst chicken I’ve had from a restaurant , it had no taste at all , no seasoning what so ever. And to tip it off I drove off without my tea. If churches started putting seasoning in their chicken might be better.

Two times in a month, they messed up my order. I don’t like dark meat. I get home and instead of 2 Breasts…I got a Wing and a leg. My daughter and her husband like dark meat. They both got a Wing each and a leg. They ask for two legs and a thigh each.
Then we ordered our meals on the phone and I was doughtful then, but I made her read it back to me. (Her name was Rachel) Son in law went to get order, came home and no not again….yes again.
Today…I called an order in!! No body under stood English! I got so mad, I cryed! I really want Church’s Chicken. They hung up on me three times. I wrote it out on paper for my son in law to just go get! They do not need to be in this business!! They screw the orders up, and I’m sure its not just mine!! They do not know how to take orders on the phone! They are rude to people! They don’t even know how to answer a phone! Its a joke!! Well I’m through ranting now. I hope you can take care of this problem for us here in Bastrop, Texas. We only have this one here!

Please have your corporate staff look into the possibility of opening another location in the Five-Forks area of Simpsonville, South Carolina. The area is continually building up and the only Church’s facility is in the City of Greenville, and Spartanburg in South Carolina.

I purchased a chicken sandwich from Churches on 5-4-15 from the drive-thru in Calhoun, Ga. When I took it out from the packing, I was extremely disappointed of the presentation & quality of the sandwich! The chicken was & alimst tasted like pressed meat& reminded me how McDonald chicken sandwich used to taste! My son that placed the order said the picture on the menu was very misleading as what the sandwich actually looked. Needless to say I will not be ordering a chicken sandwich there again.

First off I do not like the way church’s treat their employees. If you’re supposed to get paid paid on Friday how can you make a person wait till Monday but your check date says Friday? They treat them like children and people are afraid to speak up because they could get fired not cool. I would just like to ask if anyone ever looks into the reviews of franchise locations? I would ask that someone look in to the franchise located at 6201 N Fry Rd Kąty, TX 77449. I have been to several church’s located throughout the US and this is by far is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s so bad that I will no longer frequent church’s again, as evidently your quality and customer service no longer exist.
Hello, I went into the churchs chicken # 7311 in Enterprise Alabama tonight. Service at the counter was good. This is the third time recently my family and I have purchased chicken from this location. The other two times we purchased tenders. After returning home to eat the chicken was not cooked fully. I called and was given more chicken still not to satisfaction. The other time we went it was several weeks later same problem except I didn’t call back. Just decided to not go back. Well today we decided to return and try regular fried chicken. I purchased a ten piece mixed with white and dark as I told the lady. When I returned back home to eat dinner the second piece my wife tried to eat was not done. Then finding all except three pieces of the ten piece was spicy. Not very impressive at all! We do not eat spicy chicken and if I had wanted spicy I would have asked for spicy. I’m not sure why cashiers don’t listen when taking orders from customers but for sure this is my last time we will be spending any money with your company. After three issues anyone would have enough. Not sure if its the cookers or the employees not trained on how long to cook chicken. Chicken not done can cause serious health issues. I have worked in retail for over twenty years with deli food and all of our employees were trained on how long to cook each product especially chicken. Sorry for this complaint but someone needs to give attention to this location in enterprise Alabama soon. I hope your immediate attention will be directed to this location.
