There are 15 different types of chicken salad sold, all are either sold on beds of lettuce or with bread to make sandwiches. Chicken salad is also sold by the pound. The company has plans to expand in Louisiana and Texas in 2018/2019.
Chicken Salad Chick has headquarters in Auburn, Alabama. Both Yelp and Trip Advisor give the company 4.5 stars out of a 5-star rating system.

Disappointed with your store in Pensacola Fl. My wife goes every Thursday to pick up jalapeño and Dixie salads. For the last 2 weeks we have received our salad in small containers instead of large, when we got home we realized they were only half full. We have contacted the store to complain but they haven’t even responded. We don’t have a problem with paying for what we get, but I feel we have been shorted. We will no longer buy from your franchise and will advise all we know to do the same. We were hoping to get some kind of response from your store because we like the salads, however we don’t like being cheated.

Today I was wrongfully terminated over the phone after being harassed & threaten by the a coworker! I do not want to get a lawyer involved but I will because I did not deserve to terminated after my former coworker harassed me thru out my work shift, made it impossible for us to work together with her behavior! I’ve requested for the cameras to be watched & listened to the one inside & out the building so the threats and other remakes she made towards me! In a racial way could be heard and no one watched the cameras and my General Manager has been ignoring my calls & only respond in text

I lost my previous points when the app was changed a few months back and have not been able to figure out how to get them back. I think I had about 133 points at that time. I have since earned 7. Can someone please walk me through it???

I have not been able to get on the CSC mobile app for android since I downloaded Tuesday, January 28. Is there a problem with your app?

You really need to update your app to give the ability to type in your code from your receipt. I have had one too many that cannot be scanned for various reasons. Please add this.

We visited your location in Starkville, Ms , first time we had eaten in eaten of the CSC restaurants. The food was great! I would especially like to recognize an employee there. I realized when i got home i had left my glasses there. I called and we established that i had. Dustin took care of everything. I said i would pay to send them back to me but he insisted he would take care of everything. I assumed he was a student, not sure, and i am sure money is tight. Anyway he was so kind to take that upon himself and it may seem small but it speaks volumes to me. Go Dustin, and I hope that the Starkville, MS store recognizes you, I sure have! Thankx again!

I posted a review of a visit to CSC this past Saturday expressing dissatisfaction with the customer service. Almost immediately after the post, the owner personally called me and left a message to return her call. As honest as I was about what transpired Saturday, I’ll be just as honest now. Vickie Tranter (the owner) was very pleasant, apologized, and considered my post “constructive criticism”. I want to publicly thank her for taking my concerns seriously and addressing them immediately with her staff. I promised to give CSC at 2nd chance. And my daddy raised me to always try and keep your promises. I’ll be seeing you guys soon!

Disappointing customer service – word of mouth lead me to patronize your establishment over the weekend. I placed an online order Friday for pickup Saturday. When I arrived, Lindsey & Izzy were at the front counter. My instructions via email were to go straight to the online pick up counter. There were two customers in line at the regular counter when I arrived and Izzy was helping them. I was the only customer at the pick-up counter. I smiled at them both, stood at the online counter, and was never greeted. I felt invisible – really. The customers left, the two young ladies set about other tedious chores, and there I still stood. Izzy disappeared. Lindsey picked up the trash can behind the counter, headed for the kitchen, and had a chatty time with the folks back there while she played in her hair. First, no one washed their hands. When working the register, handling open food (which Izzy did checking an order) should not be an option. Unless the establishment has an instant disinfectant system in place, Lindsey could not have washed her hands in the seconds it took her to finally emerge from the kitchen and return to the front counter. Still without one word from any staff, I kept waiting to be acknowledged. Ten minutes later Izzy emerges, asks if she could help me, which at that point I gave her my information. Placing the order Friday – arriving over 24 hours later – my complete order was not ready! When the order was completed, I was asked if I wanted crackers and my receipts by Izzy. Never one word or acknowledgment from Lindsey who was still milling around up front. I found out the next day at church that another couple had the same experience Saturday afternoon dining in. “The dark haired girl (Izzy) seemed annoyed and was in no way pleasant”. The real disappointment is that your food is spectacular and I had already planned to use CSC catering for future events (I do event planning as a hobby – strange I know but I love it). I will not be doing future business with the Brannon Crossing establishment in Lexington KY. And in case you’re wondering, both me and the other couple are African-American. To be very clear, I am not looking for any type of compensation. Just a change to your customer service. I will also cc the Brannon Crossing store and Facebook page.

Hi! Having eaten at your restaurants several times recently, I wanted to make a suggestion for a new location. I live in the Titusville, FL area adjacent to the Kennedy Space Center. Our town is in desperate need of a restaurant of your caliber. Within the past two years, a new outdoor shopping center, Titus Landing, has been built and a Chicken Salad Chick would be a perfect addition! Our area has seen an increase of residents now that the Space Program is back on track. Check us out and see for yourself! Thank you for your consideration.
