Re: Royalty check
Dear Sirs,
My name is Ruby Doan. My address for the last 13 years is XXXXX Amherst, Apr 1017, Bedford, T 76021.
My Chesepeake owner number is 1013079, I do not find a lease number on your correspondence.
I noticed on your check to me number 9275431 was dated September 09/30/2013. I received it in my mail box January 18, 2014. Your check states it would no longer be good after 90 days. I understand that, however the post mark on the packet you sent with the royalty check is dated 01/15/2014. That is two weeks after the 90 day limit. I deposited you check in my bank, Liberty Bank, Bedford, TX on Tuesday January 21 as the bank was closed for Martin Luther Kings birthday on Monday the 20th.
My bank, Liberty called me yesterday January 27 to tell me your check would not pay because the 90 day period had expired. My bank debited my account for your check amount. I have always received my royalty checks from you in plenty for time before the 90 period was over.
I don’t understand where THIS royalty check has been since it was issued Sept.30, 2013.
Please have Mr.Dixon or Mr. Dunham call me about this matter. Please.
My cell phone number is 817-456-XXXXX.
Sincerely,
Ruby Doan
