I’ve been with cash central for approximately 2 yrs with no problems until now because I can’t make payment because of the irs. Offered to make half of the payment so I can pay a company to deal with the irs. Instead they want to ruin my credit by having it go to collection

I do not remember applying for a loan in 2015…Your company has me in ” Default Of Loan for $ 874.00″…This is statement is on my Credit-Report as in Collection…Please send me proof of my loan with your Company in 2015…Thanks for your cooperation in this matter….

They had my information from a previous time when I applied for a loan. They keep my financial information for 3 years. I did not get the loan then, because something smelled funky then, and now; I was correct. They approved my loan 2 days ago; however; still no money has been deposited. They sent me an email saying that they will be withdrawing 299.98 on my next pay period. If they do that they will be taken to SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN MY COUNTY. I WILL TAKE THEM FOR THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT which is 25,000.dollars. I told by email to cancel the loan and get the he’ll out of my checking account .

I made the mistake of getting a loan here. Had no problem getting the loan and want to pay back early to keep interest payments as low as possible. Tried to make payment with credit card. They wouldn’t take it and tried to say there might b a problem with my card (all three of them) I assured them that ALL cards were good and there was nowhere in their small print saying credit card payments were not accepted. I then asked for a supervisor who ended up being very rude and as helpful as an ice cube in a snowstorm. Rest assured I will b contacting all consumer agencies I can fine as well as trying the corporate offices after the weekend

Funding in minutes is a crock of s**t. I’ve been waiting for 6 hours.. they claim you will receive even on nights and weekends. I was on hold around an hour and was instructed to send in cancelled check so they could verify my account

I had fraud with someone using my name and all of my information with a fraudulent drivers license to get a loan. I gratefully received an alert through a company and stopped the payment from going through. I spoke with Velma in the “fraud” department who told me she would send me something to prove to the police that fraud occurred. Well this did not happen and spoke with another individual Jamie (supervisor) who stated that they could do nothing since the person did not receive the funds. This person used my identity. License social and all and the road blocks were immediately put up. Jaime state that the police would have to call her and then send a subpoena in order to even start the process. A letter stating fraud on this account is what I need. They will not supply it and will not give me a number to the vice president or CEO. Another problem, I should be made aware of what doXXXXents were provided to get this loan from the person. A bank statement???? Of most importance is the pay stubs from my current employer. Nothing. They are supplying nothing and will not help the consumer. This is very frustrating because I have the right to have a fraud alert added to my credit report and they are blocking this right. Horrible people and a horrible company. Be very careful.

I spoke at length with Cash Central’s customer service agent and gave her new bank account information. She put me on hold and verified the account. I was lead to believe that this method would be used for the payment. The payment was sent to the old bank account and failed, of course. Now I am being charged a 25.00 fee for the failed attempt to get their payment. If they had any decent communication, the new info would have been in their computer immediately and all would have been well. I have emailed repeatedly in response to their communication re the failed erroneous payment method. I am going to write the Nevada Attorney General Consumer Protection right now.
