I have been shopping at Buehlers recently but me friend likes it, she is from out
of state, so I thought I would give it another try. I was wrong. It was a Saturday, the parking lot was full and their was 3 registers open. I do not like using self serve because we bought wine and it puts people out of a job. So I will not go back. This store was in Medina on Forest Meadows

I will never shop at Buehler’s , Forest Meadows again. I had an issue with the bakery department about a month ago. I see nothing is changed. I called this morning asking for them to box up one dozen donuts and they refused. Told me their donuts were self service. You call that customer service? I don’t want anything free to make up for the disgusting attitude of this employee. When I had the problem approx. a month ago, the manager and the bakery manager informed me that the problem was taken care of. As far as I am concerned, that employee should be fired. Being an employee owned store, with service like that, I don’t see them staying in business. Don’t bother contacting me. I am done.

I am really addressing this emaile to Brian Buehler as I have written to him on several occassions to compliment him on the fine employees he has. Once again, Jim of the Rocky River store went out of his way to help me.
I, also, wanted to tell him of my neice’s experience in Wexford, Pa at an ACE Hardware Store. She has sent a photo to show the extensive display of Root Candles that are in that store. Unfortunately, I cannot forward that photo in this email. Perhaps, Mr. Buehler should consider adding such a display at his stores as it is becoming increasing difficult to find taper candles.
