Cleveland Ohio the bp gas station on lorain rd and west blvd is the most Ghetto bp i have ever seen. There was 2 cars parked in the parking lot while 3 people were in between calling themselves making a porn. Yes this is actual facts. There is a no loitering sign outside the door but there’s always crackheads up there surrounding people and extorting people for money. Tonight I walked up there and their where 6 crackheads and the one was blocking the door and wouldn’t let me go in as they all start pacing and talking crazy. Its been like this for years and the employees allow them to stand out there and harass their customers and not even call the cops or what not. Every other bp is getting robbed all the time here. Something really needs to be done before someone else gets harassed or even killed. Because yes its that bad there and your employees who work there are not keeping paying customers safe as well. Especially 5 ft away from your entrance door and only exit. I hope you really investigate this one it would probably save the lawsuits that could happend.
went into the BP at 12750 OH 56 Mount Sterling Oh 43143 and the restrooms were filthy the hand dryer in the women’s had frayed wires and my husband saw dead cockroaches in the men’s bathroom and around the whole store, the women’s bathroom the toilets’ were filthy, read your online reviews about that store you say your going to contact the owner but I guess not, I will be contacting the Healthy Dept next. On 10/07/2019 i had the misfortunate to patronize one of your businesses located at 11835 Frankstown Road Pittsburgh, PA phone # (412) 793-7102, i believe the store is 940047 it was no placed in a area where it could be seen. the gas station car wash service was not properly working, the vehicles would finish with soap on the vehicles, the blower were not working, there was no wax being applied to the vehicle, the manager was in hiding in the business. It is my opinion that the car wash service should had been closed until it could be fixed. This has happen on serveal occurrences.
Obnoxious talking pump screens blasting away 24/7 in a residential homes backyard, the noise sounds like a party in our backyards. Police has warned them to turn it off or way down, as of yet these people running it don’t have any respect for the homeowners and have yet to comply. It’s bad enough their lights light up the neighborhood all night long. This one in particular is on Hwy 81 in Bethlehem, Ga U.S.A. I’ve already boycotted them. It’s never busy so don’t know how they stay in business.

On 12/13/15 I stopped for gas in Wenona, IL on the way to my granddaughters 5th birthday party. I put the nozzle in the tank and when I squeezed it the nozzle separated from the hose spraying gasoline all over me and the ground. It would not shut off and the attendant or owner would not answer the locked door. We called the fire department and he finally came out. The gas ran down into a creek and the fire department had to treat it. They confronted the middle eastern attendant who said the shut off was in the building that was locked. This is a code violation and has been reported to the Illinois Fire Marshall and EPA. My clothes and shoes were ruined and his response was I only charged you $10. I told him he is charging me nothing and called the BP credit card which informed me he lied and had charged $100 for the 47 gallons. They did take it off. This man did not even apologize. I had to spend $280 on new boots and clothes and a coat. Sounds expensive but I wear size 15 shoes and the only ones we could find going south were hunting boots at Bass Pro Shop…he needs to be fired and if he is the owner his franchise pulled.
BP I was in the BP on Remount Road, Charlotte, NC this morning at 7am, I paid for gas with my debit card, When I tried to get the gas, the gas didn’t come out and I wet back into the store and they wouldn’t give me my money back or put it back on my card. I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER $20 FOR GAS, BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THEY HAD NOT CHOICE, TOLD ME I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK IN 48 HOURS. I PAID $40 FOR 20 WORTH OF GAS. I’m a TA for Special Ed and a USCG vet who had to go to work. No should have to pay for more gas then needed.

On Tuesday August 16th 2016. Had an employee stop by your gas station in order to fill up our sprinter with diesel. When the gas has ordered the statement was diesel the employee behind the counter did not indicate he was not at the proper pump.As with all diesel there is a green color that indicates you were at the correct pump. They have a similar green color selection for regular gasoline this is not a smart setup and I believe many people have made this mistake before. Had to pay $85 for the tow and $475 to bleed out and flush the system. Reimbursement would be nice but I sincerely doubt BP gives a damn. I would be happy just to see the green color taken out of the gasoline selections and left for only diesel. This is the only solution that makes. Whoever designed the gas pump needs to be fired.

I left my wallet at no fast stop bp in sevierville TN store 220 June 19th about 9:00 9:30 am I made it home and realizes I left wallet on counter in front of lottery tickets went back wallet was there was thankful in was turned in but really upset my cash was not and it was what left of my girlsfriends. since April 2010 I have been closely following all news bits about the BP oil incident in the Golf of Mexico…
It astonished me to realise that large oil concerns are not prepared for incidents of such scale. And that none of the attempts turned out to be successful. It motivated me to start working this problem out.
The result of my activity is a patented oil-binding agent produced from a renewable raw material without addition of chemicals or other toxic materials. Pure natural eco-quality.
It would only require to spread this oil-binding agent on top of the spilled oil. The binding agent would absorb the crude oil immediately (without soaking up the water). Not a drop of it would sink to the bottom or cause damage.
Neither fish, shellfish, birds nor holiday-makers would suffer. It would be possible to collect the mix of oil and binding agent in no hurry. After this it would be possibel to separate the oil from the binding agent with a very simple technology – in a centrifuge. The oil can be sold or processed after having been separated.
Had any birds landed into the oil mix, they would be able to start off and fly on, because this binding agent does not release the absorbed crude oil.
It is only possible to separate it from the agent in a centrifuge.
In case any oil would have reached the shore, it would be possible to collect it with the binding agent and you would have avoided oil spilling onto the sand. Because the binding agent would not release the oil and would not contaminate the beaches.
The BP Group would not need to pay compensation fees to anyone.
With approx. 200 t of my oil-binding agent it would be possible to collect everything immediately. Immediately means on the same day.
The whole action would cost max. of 220 million Euro.
With the 413 million Euro worth of oil the BP Group would be able to keep a nice profit of over 160 million Euro.
I can guarantee, that BP would not need to pay any compensation fees. BP would be able to keep its positive reputation. You can still regain this good reputation.
I own the patent and the production and would like to sell this oil-binding agent via BP.
You do not have to mention my name in the advertising and marketing of this product, it is of no importance to me.
You sell it, you order it from me, and I deliver it from my warehouse to BP sites.
If anyone who has this risk, keeps a stock of this product, our flora and fauna do not need to fret the “oil pest” in the future any longer.
