I know a few employees who have tested positive with covid 19 and the manger is who spread it. She told her employees she wasn’t getting tested cause she got a job to do. It’s bad enough she told them they don’t get covid pay and they need to call corporate because she don’t know what to tell them. As adults working with minors we have to do better. This Is bad for the company that fact that mangers should know better and they do not is a huge problem. I love backyard but this is just to much.. This location should be closed until everyone is tested.
Backyard location in Memphis,tn Union ave store next to Kroger.

I went to the backyard burger on elm hill pike as well. The GM Amanda was so rude. Not one visit but two. Her attitude is bad. She’s very disrespectful to be a GM of any store. I went there today 5/21/2021 an a week ago also. The first trip I ordered a kids meal and fries an a drink. When I got to the window she said the total. I handed her my card. Then I asked how much to upsize the drink. She asked a kitchen worker, she said she didn’t know. Right after I here the lady in the back say she doesn’t know. This woman Amanda hollers out 2.49. I repeated it she said yeah. I said that’s ok thanks. Then today I order three combos. With 3 sodas. Let down the window to hand her my card as she starts to hand me a drink. I say can I get a drink carry. She says we don’t got none. First very disrespectful as I let it go the first time. She heard my mouth this time. I love backyard. To actually have an employee to act that way she really needs to rethink her career choices. If she doesn’t like her job quit. Also last when I asked for her name. Oh yeah she told me an made sure in her worst way that she was the G.M. We got to get better people with respect to handle there positions. That’s unacceptable as a manager.

I drove to the backyard on 2744 ELM HILL PIKE in Nashville to get your new Cranbery Chicken Salad for me & a co-worker along with an order of fries on my lunch break from work. Not only did I have to return back to the resteraunt because they forgot my fries, when I got to work the bluecheese was left off of BOTH salads! Then, when we took a bite of the chicken, it tasted AWEFUL!! The chicken tasted as though it had been microwaved & TOUGH!! How disappointing because now my break is over & I am unable to return this food! I am new to Backyard Burgers & very disappointed as a new potential customer. I will definitely spread the word.

This incident happened today (June 11th @ 12:25pm CST). Not sure if you are in charge of the Collierville, TN location. However, I’m an employee of FedEx and went to order a sandwich as well as take advantage of the FedEx discount on my lunch break. Ordered a turkey burger with tomato and pickles only. The young lady gave me a sandwich that had cheese and bacon after I sent the sandwich back twice informing her that I am allergic to dairy as well as don’t eat pork. Some bald head female (African American) whom I assume was the Mgr proceeded to argue with me as to how I ordered the sandwich and I in turn responded I don’t care what comes on the sandwich I only asked for pickles & tomatoes – she in turn tried to me I should have ordered the sandwich this way. By this time I was so frustrated and disappointed and told her to keep the sandwich and keep my money as I will go and bye some turkey burgers from Aldi’s. So unprofessional and I feel sorry for any other that has to come in your unprofessional store and deal with your unprofessional mgr. I’ve been a long time customer of Back Yard but that was simply uncalled for had I not paid attention and ate that cheese my only recourse would have been to contact my Attorney.
No longer a customer

Love the food but the Benton Arkansas restaurant looks like it is falling apart and in disrepair. You think they would fix broken down facilities to attract more customers.

We went to backyard burger in Gulfport Ms and ordered a burger with mustard and ketchup only and the chicken strip dinner, and they put mushrooms on the burger(which my boyfriend is allergic to mushrooms) and the chicken doesn’t even taste like it’s cooked all the way nor do the fries, so they have messed our order up and it was undercooked. This can cause serious illness!!!

Hello,
I eat at several of your restaurant locations as I travel. Your food is top notch. Your facilities are kept very clean. Your staff have been polite except on two occasions. Both events happened at your Meridian MS restaurant. The first time that an employee was rude to me was when I placed an order for three meals. The cashier was nice and asked me to reposition my POV from the drive in window to a parking place just across from the pick up window unroll my order was filled. I short black woman brought my order out and wanted me to remove the milkshakes from her tray. The only option I had was to pick the drinks up from the top. When I attempted to do so the lid and top of the cup crushed and spilled out almost half of the shake. She tried to give me the sticky mess, and I said no I don’t want that mess in my truck. She gave me a very ugly look and abruptly headed back inside the restaurant without a word to me. When she returned she shoved the replacement drink at me again without a single word. Clearly, she could have been more friendly and May be even apologized or offered some napkins for the mess on the side of my truck.
It wasn’t long after this incident that I had problems again at the same drive through. This time I was asked to pull over and wait for my order to be filled. I pulled over and waited for a long time as I kept seeing other vehicles getting served. I finally backed up to the window and asked what happened to my order. The woman said they had it ready and I drove off. Well, I was in sight of her the entire time. She said they would have to re-make my order and for me to just stay put. Extremely rude. She was trying to make incident look like my fault. A I was in a hurry and had people waiting for me to bring them food. I would not have pulled away without being asked. The woman was very sarcastic. I thought about throwing the food through the window at her. I certainly think your employees need to have a pep talk about respecting their customers. I started eating at Sonic Drive because of this restaurant.

I was at store #1235 and need to report an accident involving my six year son. He was playing in the playground while I was sitting at a booth adjacent to the playground within eyesight of my son. My son fell from the slide on the rocks, causing a gash to the back of his head. I took my son to a local hospital close by that applied staples to the wound. I gave my name, the name of my son, my address and phone number to the on duty night manager. This incident occurred at 7:00pm.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
It should be noted that the service from the employees was immaculate during my visit to this store.
